I wouldn´t say that Nina and Ian are a couple, I think that it´s a fanservice couple.I state that after finding out that they both are seeing another people. Makes sense since they haven´t confirmed the relationship yet.

No actually Nina and Ian did confirm that they're in a relationship. They've been hiding it for about 2 years, but Nina finally confessed that she's in a relationship with Ian in an interview with Seventeen Magazine. She said something along the lines of not thinking that she'd ever fall for a co-star but that sometimes you just can't help it if the connection is there.

I know what Nina said, and Ian said nothing, and still both playing along with it. And by the way, one of them I know for sure that is seeing another person, maybe what they have is not what people think.
