A pregnant Kim Kardashian made her first red carpet appearance last night, posing alongside Kanye West in Las Vegas.

The reality star and expecting mother fulfilled her hosting duties at 1 Oak Nightclub at The Mirage Resort and Casino, smiling for cameras and exposing a mini baby bump.
