Might new Miley Cyrus music be on the way?

The singer has teased fans with a new Twitter photo, posing for it inside a recording studio last night and including the simple caption:

guesssss where iiiii am??

Cyrus has not released a studio album since June 2010, but this image certainly seems to be an indication that that could change soon.
