Katherine Webb: Flattered by Brent Musburger!

Katherine Webb doesn't understand what all the fuss is about.

The AJ McCarron girlfriend was spotted in the crowd of last night's BCS title game by announcer Brent Musburger, who made it clear to viewers that he was VERY impressed by the young lady's looks.

Did Webb find the commentary creepy, as some on Twitter have suggested? Not at all!

"I laughed hysterically," Webb tells TMZ. "I was flattered ... and slightly embarrassed ... but I thought it was the funniest thing ever. I never expected that."
