Why not do it may be the more appropriate question. The stuffy, uptight royals are just asking for it sometimes. And come on, it's just funny.

The painting you describe as a Picasso is the Ecce Homo fresco notoriously destroyed by Cecilia Gemenez at the Santuario de Misericordia in Spain. I'm assuming that this is some sort of caption/photo editing snafu, rather than supposing that you are an idiot, so I thought I'd send you a heads-up.
