A day after the tragedy that took the lives of Jovan Belcher and Kasandra Perkins - in a murder/suicide committed by the former, a linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs - new information has come out regarding this couple's relationship.

In a phone interview today, Angela Perkins, the victim's cousin, said Belcher and Kasandra had "been having a lot of problems" and "weren't getting along for quite a while."

They were reportedly arguing in the hour leading up to Belcher shooting his girlfriend multiple times.

Angelia cited the couple's newborn daughter as a source of "strain" for the twosome, adding:

And he's baaaack! Chris Brown returned to Twitter Sunday after a week-long absence, and marked his social media comeback with a photo of a scantily-clad Rihanna:

Brown peaced out of Twitter following his vulgar online spat with comedian Jenny Johnson a week ago, but remained active on photo sharing site Instagram.

His Twitter page is back up and running, but all of his previous Tweets have been deleted. Instagram is where to find him (and hot Rihanna pics) for now.

Justin Bieber grew a little testy with fans during a concert at Madison Square Garden last night.

But he really had no one to blame but himself.

The very cute singer grabbed a fan's iPhone and had some fun snapping photos of himself and the crowd... only for others in attendance to then start tossing their phones on stage for the same reason.

The Biebs initially laughed it off, but then got legitimately peeved after awhile, threatening to break and/or steal these people's gadgets. He was sort of kidding, but watch below: he was sort of not:

Britney Spears turns 31 today. 31!

If it seems like a lifetime ago that we first fell in love with her, that's because it sort of was. If you recall Britney Spears circa 1998-2003, you know what we mean.

In her 31 years, she's been through almost that many scandals.

She burst on the scene and became an all-time icon. She's gone wild, then mellowed out. She's been on top, hit rock bottom, then risen to the pop zenith once again.

On Thanksgiving morning, Olivier Martinez dropped Gabriel Aubry with a few roundhouses to the face.

Now, according to TMZ sources, the Canadian model has dropped the restraining order he subsequently took out against the French actor.

With Halle Berry and Aubry having reached a legal settlement in their custody/protective order battle, Gabriel's attorney went to court Friday and told a judge his client no longer needed to be kept away from Martinez.

A couple days after the holiday brawl, Aubry had said Martinez was to blame for the fisticuffs, bashing his head against the concrete for no reason.

But the police disagree. In a report filed that same day, cops say Aubry threw the first punch... it simply missed. And, as a result, he was then an open target for Olivier to leave him bloody and beaten.

Authorities determined Martinez was acting in self-defense.

The Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum married Saturday in Pasadena, Calif.

Surrounded by family, friends and Bachelor alumni including Ali Fedotowsky, Emily Maynard, and Jason and Molly Mesnick, the couple said "I do" in an outdoor ceremony.

Officiated by franchise host Chris Harrison. Seriously.

"Today is all about our friends and family," Ashley Hebert said. "It's about standing with J.P., looking around at all the people we love in the same room there to celebrate our love."

Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza have made it official. They got married Saturday in Mexico!

Lopez and his fiance have been together since early 2008 and have a two-year-old daughter.

They exchanged vows just before sunset at the Mexican seaside estate of Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis, which hopefully isn't a harbinger of trouble to come.

Increasingly erratic alleged comedian Katt Williams hit up a Target in Sacramento last weekend ... and hit an employee in the face for what looks like no reason at all.

There's no audio, so we don't know what was said, but Katt Williams' slap appears to come out of nowhere; the Target guy's doesn't look like he's looking to start $h!t ...

Williams was on the run from the cops at the time the slap went down. He gets in trouble with the law a fair amount, so often it's hard to keep the arrests straight.

After the slap, the employee pulls out his phone and calls police, who eventually arrested Katt, who attempted to make his getaway in an electric cart ... seriously.

Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris are engaged, like for reals.

Seriously, they are That runaway bride thing was so 2011.

The Playboy mogul and his ex-fiancee have long since reconciled and the two will walk down the aisle at the Playboy Mansion on New Year's Eve, according to reports.

Crystal bailed on their first wedding five days beforehand.
