Even though the coaches' teams have little relevance anymore - Christina doesn't even have one left - it was a good night for Entertainer of the Year Blake Shelton.

An elementary school music teacher, Gregory Eldred, allegedly shot his ex-wife while she played the organ during church service in Pennsylvania last weekend.

After leaving briefly, he then returned and shot her again to ensure she was dead.

Congregants eventually overpowered Eldred, ending the shooting Sunday at the First United Presbyterian Church of Coudersport, 140 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

The shooting was detailed in a criminal complaint filed Monday against Eldred, who remains jailed without bond on first-degree murder and other charges.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans never ceases to amaze.

The hot mess says she was hospitalized last week was due to lung damage from smoking out of a "toxic wooden pipe" ... needless to say, it didn't contain tobacco.

Accusations started flying that she's on heroin, and Jenelle Evans was oddly silent last week on Twitter and went a long time without setting the record straight.

Amber Rose is pregnant - and not shy.

The ex-girlfriend of Kanye West has exposed her baby bump once again to the world, Tweeting a couple of very personal photos for followers to see because... well, that's just what many celebrities do these days.

"I swear I have shorts on in this pic but my belly is so big u can't see them Lol," Rose included as a caption along with one of these pics, adding of her vegetarian diet:

"Escarole & Beans and salad with beets & Russian dressing yumm Thx Mommy #Vegetarian :-)."

Along those lines, may we recommend a Potato Gnocchi recipe? And may we beg of you, Amber: Please do not Tweet us a photo of your baby being born.

Really. It isn't necessary.

Jon Gosselin won't be seeing his kids on Christmas, because according to mother Kate Gosselin, the kids are now old enough to choose - and THEY CHOSE HER!

"They're at the age now where we ask them," Kate told omg! Yahoo. "So they basically dictate it and they want to be home Christmas and the days surrounding it."

Kate, 37, has primary custody of their eight offspring, but the kids have typically spent Christmas Eve with Jon Gosselin and then Christmas Day with her.

In a photo the San Antonio Spurs probably wish didn't leak, Tony Parker and Tim Duncan can be seen at a Halloween party with someone dressed as referee nemesis Joey Crawford.

They are holding their toy guns to “Crawford’s” head.

Given the Spurs' recent controversy - they were fined $250,000 for sitting Duncan, Parker and two other stars against the Heat Thursday - the timing is less than great.

The former pilot who alleges a gay affair with John Travolta, Doug Gotterba, says he never signed a confidentiality agreement, as the actor's lawyer has asserted.

Gotterba, who claims he served as Travolta's pilot from 1981-1987, made headlines this year when he spoke at length about their relationship during that time.

He is not the cruise ship guy or one of the masseurs alleging sexual assault on Travolta's part; rather, he says their love was warm, passionate and consensual.

A "secret boyfriend" with whom he had a "steamy affair," to use his words.

Dane DeHaan has landed the role of a lifetime.

The actor (Chronicle, In Treatment) will portray Harry Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, director Marc Webb confirmed today on Twitter.

This role, of course, was made famous by James Franco in the original, Tobey Maguire-anchored franchise.

DeHaan reportedly beat out such actors as Brady Corbet, Alden Ehrenreich, Sam Claflin, Eddie Redmayne, Douglas Booth and Boyd Holbrook for the role.

He will join a returning Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in the sequel, which hits theaters on May 2, 2013.
