He may not face any criminal charges for the Olivier Martinez fight, but Gabriel Aubry was the culprit responsible for these fisticuffs.

That's what the police believe, as TMZ has obtained the official report filed not long after authorities responded to this brawl on Halle Berry's property last Thursday morning.

It lists Aubry as the "suspect" and Martinez as the "victim."

"Suspect arrived at victim's residence for child custody exchange," according to the document. "Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim's head but missed and struck victim's right shoulder instead. 

"Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect's head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim's fiance [Halle] notified police."

Ouch. So Aubry started the fight AND got the worst of the fight? That hurts, figuratively and literally.

The great Lindsay Lohan was arrested just a few hours ago in N.Y. City for allegedly punching some girl at a nightclub ... not sure if anyone is surprised or cares.

It happened, though. The starlet was partying at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of beef with a female patron and things eventually became physical.

Police arrived on the scene and arrested Lindsay for assault.

Words were exchanged between LiLo and the woman as they sat in nearby booths; it's not clear why they were jawing at each other, but it got ugly.

Kris Humphries and Rajon Rondo did their best impressions of Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez last night.

The New Jersey Nets power forward and Boston Celtics point guard got into a major brawl after Rondo shoved Humphries in retaliation for his hard foul on Kevin Garnett.

The fight then broke into the stands and both players were eventually ejected, with Kris Tweeting after the game: "Anyone know where I can get a quick Tetanus shot in Boston?"

He's just so hilarious, isn't he? How did you ever dump this man, Kim Kardashian?

Khloe Kardashian is the worst host ever hired by a reality show; Carly Rose Sonenclar can seriously sing; CeCe Frey truly must be sent home.

Indeed, on a night where the Top 8 performed top Billboard hits, the 13-year old once again stood out, while Frey almost begged viewers to give her the boot.

The boy is ready to meet the world once again, but his best bud will not be joining him. Rider Strong says he's not going to star on the upcoming spinoff.

Boy Meets World alums Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel officially signed on to star in Disney Channel's eagerly anticipated Girl Meets World this week.

But Strong, who played Cory's "bad boy" BFF Shawn, commented on the Girl Meets World reboot on his website, revealing, "At this point, I have no involvement."

Two weeks after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting Hope Solo - then his fiancee, now his wife - Jerramy Stevens is in jail for violating his probation.

The ex-NFL player was taken into custody in Tampa for purportedly violating his probation earned from a prior arrest for marijuana possession.

The Florida Department of Corrections said the violation resulted from the altercation Stevens, 33, got into on November 12 at a late night party in Kirkland, Wash.

Mitt Romney can still enjoy a nice silver lining following his loss in the 2012 presidential election, brags adviser Stuart Stevens, who feels the Republican won where it counts.

Seriously, this isn't an Onion article ... these are real quotes.

Stevens penned an op-ed in the Washington Post today arguing that by winning wealthier and whiter voters, Romney secured a huge moral victory over Obama.

"On November 6, Mitt Romney carried the majority of every economic group except those with less than $50,000 a year in household income," Stevens wrote.
