Matthew McConaughey Weight Loss: Scary!

Some seriously scary amounts of weight, really.
The 42-year old is wasting himself away for the role of Ron Woodruff - a real-life HIV patient in the 1980s who smuggled in medications from Mexico - in The Dallas Buyers Club. It stars filming this week.
McConaughey has lost over 30 pounds from his typical frame, thanks to vigorous exercise and a diet that likely cuts out many carbs and fatty acids.
We'd imagine he knows an easy salmon recipe or two that helps keep him trim.
What a shocking image, huh?
