Kevin Clash is now being accused of a third sexual relationship with an underage boy.

The ex-voice of Elmo could be sued as early as this morning, according to a report.

The latest accuser, the third to come forward, claims he was 16 when he engaged in “sexual activity” with Clash back in 2000. He alleges they met on a gay chat line.

It’s a very similar claim to the one made by accuser #2, Cecil Singleton.

Singleton filed a lawsuit last week, and a few hours later Clash resigned from Sesame Street, where he had voiced the beloved puppet for over two decades.

The first man to accuse Clash of such conduct, Sheldon Stephens, recanted the claim as part of a settlement, only to recant the recanting days later.

The third accuser’s attorney, Jeff Herman, told the N.Y. Daily News his client plans to file a lawsuit as “John Doe” because he doesn’t want to go public.

That should take place in Manhattan imminently.
