Congratulations are very much in order for Jacqui Ainsley and Guy Ritchie.

With the director's girlfriend expecting the couple's second child, sources confirm to Us Weekly that the 44-year old Brit and the 30-year old Ainsley are engaged!

Ainsley showed off a diamond ring at dinner with her fiancé in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The two have been dating since April 2010 and welcomed their first baby - a boy named Rafael - on September 5 of last year.

Ritchie divorced Madonna after eight years of marriage in 2008 and that former couple shares a biological son, Rocco, and an adopted son, David.

Here's to a happy and healthy future for him and Ainsley.
