Jack Osbourne and Lisa Stelly, who welcomed daughter Pearl in April, are now married.

The former reality star, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in June, tied the knot with aspiring actress Stelly in an intimate Hawaiian ceremony Sunday.

The couple first began dating in April 2011.

After Osbourne's shocking MS diagnosis earlier this summer, a source close to the pair said that coping with the disease made them even stronger.

"Lisa makes sure he's healthy - eating right and exercising," says a friend of the duo. "They love staying active as a family." Jack is also "a great influence on [Lisa Stelly]."

The duo's "stable" bond is "no drama."

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

    Despite of being diagnose with MS, I hope somehow he'll live to see his baby grow up. Everyone deserve happiness. Congratulations on your marriage.
