Hulk Hogan to File Lawsuit Against Bubba the Love Sponge

Hulk Hogan is going from the wrestling ring to the courtroom.

In light of the news that the former WWE champion's BFF, Bubba the Love Sponge, was behind the recording of Hogan's sexual encounter with Heather Clem (Bubba's ex-wife, naturally), TMZ reports Hogan is about to take legal action.

The news was broken last week:

At the conclusion of the Hulk Hogan sex tape with Clem, Bubba appears and makes a comment about how the pair could be set for life if they sold the footage.

Clem shoots her ex down on the tape... but fast forward six years and the video has appeared online.

In response, Hogan will file a lawsuit in Florida that alleges invasion of privacy against both Bubba and Clem, who he believes conspired to videotape his session with the latter. He is also filing a federal lawsuit against Gawker*, which posted a segment on its site this month.
