Evelyn Lozada will not seek to extend the restraining order barring Chad Johnson from contacting her, according to reports. She just wants to move on.
The ex-NFL star is set to complete his domestic violence intervention program in the next few months, at which point he will ask that the no contact order be dismissed.
If and when that happens, Evelyn would have to request a civil restraining order to keep Chad away, but has decided not to do that, despite his head-butting her.
She does NOT want a reconciliation, however. What's done is done, that's all.
The couple had been married just six weeks at the time, and she filed for divorce within days. Her divorce from Chad has already made official; they are legally single.
Chad was sentenced to one year probation and the domestic violence class after pleading no contest to domestic battery following the August 11 fight with Evelyn Lozada.
The judge can lift the probation early if he completes the requirements early, which he reportedly is. Not like he has an NFL team to report to these days.
