Apparently not, as the actor and Demi Moore remain legally married and sources tell The New York Post the reason is - what else? - money.

The ex-couple is “trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye," this insider says, but Kutcher is now one of the highest-paid actors on television.

"Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage," according to this mole. "But he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement.”

As a result: “The discussion could boil over into a public court battle.”

Moore and Kutcher were married for six years, but split last year after rumors of the latter's infidelity went public. He has now moved on with his ridiculously gorgeous former That 70s Show costar.

In response, seriously, the least Ashton could do is pay up.
