he was sentenced to death, had it commuted when the death penalty was banned, was rejected by 27 parole boards- and now he's getting out?!!?!?! wtf is wrong with the state of CA?!?!!? are they THAT broke, they hafta release psychotic murderers to save money?!!?!? he chopped someone up- he committed the crimes when he was 30, not when he was some young, gullible brainwashed cult kid!
