Billy Ray Cyrus: SO Happy for Miley!

Billy Ray Cyrus no longer believes his daughter is under attack by Satan.

The country singer actually thinks his 19-year old offspring is doing better than ever, in fact, telling Entertainment Tonight Canada on Wednesday:

"She and I always had a mantra and the mantra was: if you ain't happy, it ain't working. As long as [Miley's] happy right now, life is good!"

And happy she is, constantly Tweeting and gushing over fiance Liam Hemsworth.

"Liam's a great guy," Billy Ray added. "The main thing for me is that both of them are happy. Miley's worked really hard, and I'm enjoying right now seeing her so happy."

So, in conclusion: everyone is happy! That makes us so happy to hear.
