On her character in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower: “It's a really heavy topic, and I hope my character gives girls some perspective. I think more than anything, girls allow abuse to happen because they’re embarrassed it happened and that they allowed it to happen. They know it's not right. There's no excuse for it. That’s why it’s so important to show girls that they can admit that it's not their fault.”

On dating a costar: "My goal on the show was to be professional. But sometimes you can’t help who you have a connection with, and you can only fight it for so long - which I did for a really, really long time."

On her love for a certain boy wizard: "I want to go to Harry Potter Land! I actually should text Emma Watson to see if she can hook us up with a backstage pass or something."

On dealing with fame: "I try not to read best-dressed lists or anything like that. For every good thing, there will often be a not-so-nice thing people would say."

The Vampire Diaries Season 4 premieres on October 11.

Christina Aguilera talks at length about her enviable booty in Lucky magazine this month. Immediately upon hearing this, we subscribed to that publication.

Proud to be bootylicious, the 31-year-old pop star and Voice judge loves her curves, which have certainly evolved since the early days of her career.

Evolved in a good way, according to the singer.

"Actually, the challenge I've always had is being too thin, so I love that now I have a booty, and obviously I love showing my cleavage," she confesses.

The singer also encourages curvy girls to flaunt their figures: "Hey, if you can work it and you can own it, that confidence is going to shine through."

Aguilera's eclectic sense of style is on full display in her spaceship-esque chair on NBC. "I have always loved dressing up, being theatrical," she says.

Mission accomplished, Xtina. Well done. Check out how she dressed up for Lucky by clicking to enlarge some more Christina Aguilera pictures below ...

Carly Rae Jepsen and Justin Bieber are about to make beautiful music together... literally!

The 26-year old will release a new album on September 18 (titled "Kiss") and one of the tracks included on it will be a duet with the young man who made Jepsen famous.

It's called "Beautiful" and you can sample about 90 seconds of it here:

Bieber, of course, helped sign Jepsen to his manager's label. He then appeared in the first-ever lip dub of "Call Me Maybe" and also performed that single with her in London.

What do you think of "Beautiful?"

Thomas Beatie is hoping to support the pregnant woman this time around.

The 38-year old - who first made headlines in 2007 after undergoing transgender surgery, yet preserving the organs needed to give birth - split from his wife in April of this year and is now dating someone named Amber Nicholas.

And he tells The Sunday Mirror that he wants to have another child, with one major catch:

"Being pregnant is the most incredible experience," Beatie says to the newspaper. "But we want Amber to do it this time around. I think it would be amazing to experience pregnancy as the father."

While married to ex-wife Nancy, Thomas gave birth to three children. And he's not against trying for another, even if it means defying doctor's orders.

“My surgeon has advised against me getting pregnant because it would be a lot harder now I’m biologically a man," Beatie says, adding that he would need to go with a caesarian delivery "but I’d willingly do it to have another bundle of joy" if that's how Amber prefers it.

Even making it to the Paralympic Games is an incredible feat, given the obstacles that the participants must inherently overcome to excel athletically.

Watching the competition, however, gives you a true appreciation for the level of skill and determination of these athletes. Case in point: David Wetherill.

For a highlight rivaling any moment from the London Olympics, check out the utterly ridiculous shot the British table tennis standout pulled off this week:

The Biggest Loser isn't simply returning with new episodes in January. It's bringing back an former favorite and focusing on an issue that plagues the nation.

That's right, Jillian Michaels - who exited the NBC competition in 2011 in order to focus on her new family - will once again be the head trainer next year, but this time she will be barking orders at a cast of 13-17-year olds, as The Biggest Loser tackles the issue of childhood obesity.

Cue that fist pump, Michelle Obama!

Chris Evans and Minka Kelly are back together, insiders tell Us Weekly.

In other news ... Chris Evans and Minka Kelly were once together.

Apparently. After dating briefly in 2007, The Avengers actor and The Roommate actress recently rekindled romance, according to the supermarket tabloid.

Kelly allegedly broke his heart back then, as well.

"She did a number on him him back then," a source says of Kelly, who was in a long-term relationship with Derek Jeter from 2008-late 2011.

"But she reached out to Chris this time."

The on-again actors hit Max and Dylans eatery in Evans' native Boston August 18 and took in the musical The Book of Mormon in New York City August 24.

Still, pals hope Evans keeps his guard up. "He's still a little insecure, so he's being cautious," one Evans friend tells the celebrity gossip publication.

Put this in same category as the Minka Kelly sex tape. We'll believe it when we see it. Not that they wouldn't be a cute couple, but Us has been striking out lately.

Forget her personal life for one tiny second: Kristen Stewart has a movie to promote, as On the Road hits theaters on December 21.

In anticipation, the actress will likely be featured in a number of upcoming magazines, giving interviews she actually sat down for awhile ago, hence the lack of a Robert Pattinson mention in October's issue of British Vogue.

Still, it's helpful to read through the following excerpts in order to get a grasp on Kristen, who does go in to detail about her public persona, one that has clearly taken a hit in recent weeks.

Kristen Stewart on UK Vogue

On life in the spotlight: "People expect it to be easy because there you are, out there, doing the thing that you want and making lots of money out of it. But, you know, I’m not that smooth. I can get clumsy around certain people. Like if I were to sit down and think, ‘OK, I’m really famous, how am I going to conduct myself in public?’ I wouldn’t know who that person would be! It would be a lot easier if I could, but I can’t.”

On dyeing her hair blonde for On the Road: "I feel like my whole body rejects it, but it was really important for the character. It was like learning an accent!"

On the Beat generation, on whom the movie focuses: "That world back then, it just seems freer to me than anything I could ever touch and I’m fully nostalgic for it, even though I wasn’t even alive then. It’s the loyalty aspect of it all. I love being on the periphery with a group of people who have the same values that I do. People who don’t get off on fame, who just like the process of making movies and thrive."

Live! finally, officially debuted its new team Tuesday: Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan, Super Bowl-winning former star of the New York Giants!

Frequent guest host Strahan jogged out of a SUV, embraced Kelly Ripa and was greeted by confetti as he was confirmed as the new co-host of the show.

Strahan won the gig last month, following Regis Philbin's retirement in 2011; 59 co-hosts joined Kelly Ripa before a permanent one was named.

Michael Strahan, Kelly Ripa

"I adore you and I am so happy to be here and be a part of this," he said upon his introduction. "You know how they say it's a dream come true?"

"I truly can't say that because I didn't even know I could dream this."

Veteran producer Michael Gelman said “as a guest co-host, Michael’s chemistry with Kelly was off the charts, and continued to grow each time he visited."

"Interaction between co-hosts always has been what makes this show different from any other on TV. Kelly and Michael’s ability to play off of one another and just plain have a fantastic time together creates great TV for the audience.”

What do you think of Michael Strahan as Kelly's co-host?

One of the more outspoken artists in the music business, Nicki Minaj makes her political leanings very clear in a verse from the track "Mercy," which is included on Lil Wayne‘s "Dedication 4" mixtape.

So, who has Minaj poetically endorsed?

“I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney," she raps in the following video, adding (we presume) of the Democrats: "You lazy bitches are f-cking up the economy."

Minaj isn't the only celebrity who will be pulling a lever in Romney's direction in November. Chuck Norris worries that another four years of President Obama will send the nation into darkness, while Clint Eastwood expressed his concerns by talking to an empty chair.

Who will YOU be voting for in this election?
