Miley Cyrus Covers "Lilac Wine," Debuts Album Promo Pics

We interrupt the latest Miley Cyrus hair hullabaloo - OMG, she looks just like Pink, people! - to give fans an update regarding this singer's music career.

First, the artist has updated her official website to include a wealth of promotional photos in honor of her upcoming studio album, which is expected to drop in early 2013. An example:

Next, Cyrus has also released a cover of James Shelton‘s 1950s track “Lilac Wine” as part of the Backyard Sessions, which took place earlier this summer when the new blonde brought her band together to perform some of her favorite singles.

    i don't see anything wrong with a girl in short hair even if long hair suits her better. I have long hair and been wanting to try cutting my hair short but I know I will miss my long hair do I've been hesitated. Miley just wanna try something new and she actually look cool with it to be honest. Ya go try cutting ya hair short and see if you can pull it off like miley. Pathetic jealous people hating on someone that wants to try something new.

    What is wrong with all of u?? The jealousy of normal to famous people is hugely disgusting. They r not here to please everyone. They made more money than u ever would n u judge their every move? How would u all like that? All of u make me sick. Grow up n get over yourselves cuz im pretty sure most of u have more issues than most famous people.
