Source: Mariah Carey PISSED Over Nicki Minaj as American Idol Judge
by Hilton Hater at .Despite reports to the contrary yesterday, Nicki Minaj is NOT officially an American Idol judge.
According to a new source, show producers first must decide whether Randy Jackson will remain on the panel before they decide on just who sits alongside Mariah Carey.
And if it were up to Carey, that individual would most certainly not be Minaj.
TMZ says Carey hung up the phone in anger after learning of Nicki's possible hiring. She was reportedly angry over the inclusion of another female on the show, especially a female 13 years her junior.
While the Powers That Be deal with that issue, they are considering Brad Paisley, Keith Urban and/or Enrique Iglesias as either the fourth judge (if Randy stays) or the third judge (if he leaves and Minaj does, indeed, come on board).
There's also another topic of controversy about which producers are worrying: would a panel of Minaj, Jackson and Carey be a turnoff to middle America?

They tried to bring in Minaj. Its like finally hitting the top level and having a rookie play the game. You need to earn it first.
Well I can deny that Minaj has made it big in the music industry, she doesn't have talent. Sorry to all her fans but saying "U a stupid hoe" over and over to crappy techno with neon lipstick isn't talent. Yes she can rap, but when it comes to listening for the things that really matter she'll have no idea. Carey has been around for a long time, I think was a good choice as a judge so long as she doesn't pull a Jennifer Lopez and say yes to everything. Honestly I'd be a little upset as well if I was on the same level as Carey and
hell i think they should ask LIL WAYNE to be a judge. everything his names on turns into gold and he's not talented at all he just talks shit and it dont even make sence.and as far as Mariah she sounds like shes going to be TROUBLE BEFORE SHE EVEN STARTS.if they keep on changing judges the ir going to have to rename it AMERICAN DRAMA.
I don't blame Mariah for being pissed..Nicki does not have real talent or the music industry credentials to judge other singers..I agree they need a judge in the country genre because we see so many country contestants on the show..Adam Lambert would be ok too even though he hasn't been around that long, I think he has proved himself..not everyone like that rap crap, so adding her to the panel would be a huge mistake..and I will no longer be watching if she gets the gig..
