Robert Pattinson to Appear on The Daily Show

Following the announcement that Robert Pattinson had scheduled his first post-scandal interview with that ABC program, Comedy Central has now stepped in to make a correction:
The Twilight Saga stud will actually sit across from Jon Stewart on Monday's edition of The Daily Show.
The appearance was booked far in advance, as part of Pattinson's promotion of Cosmopolis, but given the nature of this comedic series, it's hard not to wonder if Stewart won't at least make some reference to another famous Stewart.
We'll be staying up late Monday to find out, that's for certain.
Pattinson is reportedly heartbroken over the demise of his relationship, but he's at least not acting like a hermit. Multiple sources confirm the actor was in a decent mood at a Western-themed bar in California late last week.
