It's true that being a great parent doesn't guarantee great kids and being a bad parent doesn't guarantee bad kids,however,bad parenting doesn't help.I don't automatically think a drug addict has a bad parent but I do think if your kids have made it past their teens without an addiction,arrests,and have learned to treat others with respect,you should absolutely feel good about your parenting.

I dont think she was "targeting" parents with her comments. People tend to put WAY to much gravity on the comments of crazy celebrities. This statement was made by a woman who drinks at 9:00 in the morning. Do you REALLY want to waste your breath?
