Actually refreshing from all the other crap on tv these days. Alana is cute and charming. Her family are themselves without filters and love each other and do not care what others think. They are real which in this day and age is something hard to come by. Regardless if you think they are trash, ghetto, etc. Your labels will not change who they are. Chris, before you spew out hatred towards others perhaps you should look in a mirror.
Another Snookie in the making it seems like. Don't care enough to be disgusted, but why did they make this show? And they have ANOTHER show with a family of 19 kids? I think TLC is running out of ideas.
okay they showed the rerun on TLC and I watched. All and all I thought it was kind of funny. The little girl is funny and smart, hopefully she will slim down. But most of all I loved the little pig, I didn't know about teacup pigs, really? will have to google.
I don't know how much of this show I will follow, but I will check it out further and see. I repeat if the family can make a few extra $$ well why not?

Those folks do not know better. it is their way of life and honey boo boo child is not going away. this white child is going to rake in the money and viewers for TLC. she is something else and funny. she's the modern day version of a toxic shirley temple from the rural hood. Eat that deer thompson family - they are truly a family of survival. I will continue to watch and laugh
