Robert Pattinson is yet to speak out regarding Kristen Stewart's admitted affair with Rupert Sanders.

But although it wouldn't be difficult to imagine the pain this actor is in regardless, he actually expressed his take on infidelity in the April edition of Italian Vanity Fair.

"There's a thing I've never got, that is, why do people cheat?" Pattinson asked in the article. "I can understand the impulse, but not how you can keep two relationships going at the same time for long. This usually happens to people with children."

Sanders, of course, does have two children. But Stewart claims her dalliance with the director was a one-time thing, a "momentary indiscretion."

“I’m not the casual-affair kind of guy," Rob also told the magazine. "If I choose to be with someone it’s because I really want it. When I have a relationship, I’m 100% into it."

Stewart, as these makeout photos prove, can't say the same.

Finally some good news out of the tragedy in Aurora, Colorado:

Katie Medley, a movie goer who escaped unharmed from the horrific James Holmes last Friday, gave birth to a boy at the University of Colorado Hospital yesterday morning. He's named Hugo and both child and mother are reportedly doing well.

Tragically, however, Katie's husband Caleb was not as fortunate as his wife: also in attendance at The Dark Knight Rises showing, Caleb was shot in the head and remains in a medically-induced coma.

"He had some motion in his hands today," Seth Medley, Caleb's brother, told reporters at University Hospital Tuesday night. "His injuries are pretty serious. I don't want to get into any details, but there's some serious injuries around his face."

Seth referred the birth of his nephew as "a silver lining to a very dark cloud."

Lena Headey is not married to her brother in real life, but the Game of Thrones actress is filing for divorce from Peter Loughran.

In legal documents, the star cites "irreconcilable differences" as the basis for the couple's split. They got married in 2007 and have a two-year old son.

Headley was born in Bermuda and has appeared in such movies as The Brothers Grimm and 300. But she has now broken out as the evil Cersei Lannister on the aforementioned HBO smash.

Game of Thrones Season 3 premieres on March 31 and shooting is now underway.

Stop us if you've heard this before, but: Lindsay Lohan got into a car accident yesterday.

No injuries occurred as a result of the fender bender and no tow trucks were needed, but Lohan reportedly got into her black Porsche after a shopping spree in Beverly Hills… only to then hit a stopped vehicle on Sunset Boulevard a short while later.

"We were sitting at a light and somebody hit us," a passenger in the other car told TMZ, adding that some dude with Lindsay left his phone number and apologized before driving off with the crash-prone actress.

As for Lindsay's driving history... she got into an accident in November 2006; and then another one two weeks later; there was also an incident in January 2010, although she was not behind the wheel for it.

Lindsay was also hospitalized just last month after her brakes supposedly failed and she collided with a truck.

Ulysses is a nice person but he was clearly out of his league. If he was up against weird instrument player Michael Nejad and sleep-inducing Nikki Jensen back in week one, he wouldn't have been the bottom of the barrel.

David "The bullet" Smith is exactly like Professor Splash last year: all he can do is go farther. I understand that lots of people die trying to blast themselves out of cannons, but that doesn't make successful human cannonballs automatic Vegas acts. Olate Dogs was the clear frontrunner of the night, especially the "we can do better than Britain" comment that Sharon provided. Funny that Sharon is an American citizen.

Katherine Jackson has spoken out for the first time since she abruptly left her home in California for a supposedly doctor-recommended vacation in Arizona.

Considering the 82-year old mother of Michael Jackson, and legal guardian of his three kids, did not speak to her grandchildren during her time away, there's been talk that Katherine was taken/held against her will.

But she claims that wasn't the case.

"There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped," Jackson told ABC News. "I am here today to let everybody to know that I am good and fine. My children would never do anything to me like that."

But would they? Perhaps if they were upset over MJ's will and hoping to use Katherine to challenge its authenticity?

Why did Katherine leave three young kids at home without supervision? Reading from a script and sounding confused, she said she just needed a "short vacation," adding: "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."

So... she simply abandoned 14-year old Paris Jackson and her two siblings? It's a VERY odd, likely very sordid situation.

"I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home," Katherine concluded.

In the meantime, TJ Jackson has been named temporary guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket.

There can be no denying it at this point: Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson with Rupert Sanders, a 41-year old father of two.

The actress, incredibly, came right out today, admitted to the affair and apologized for her actions. She also pleaded for Pattinson's love.

As you might expect, dedicated Twihards and Robsten followers aren't exactly taking the news well. Led by the YouTube user commonly referred to as "Nutty Madam," who wants everyone to leave Kristen and Rob alone, read through some of the most distraught Tumblr postings below:

The moron who chased Justin Bieber around a Los Angeles freeway earlier this month might soon pay for his actions in court.

As previously reported, the artist was pulled over on July 6 for driving around 80 miles per hour, but witnesses confirmed he was doing his best to speed away from multiple members of the paparazzi who were after him for photographs.

According to the City Attorney, a freelance "journalist" named Paul Raef was at the head of that pack and he's been charged with:

  • Two counts of following another vehicle too closely and reckless driving, with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain.
  • One count of reckless driving.
  • One count of failing to obey the lawful order of a peace officer.

If convicted on all charges, Raef could face up to one year in jail and fines of $3,500.

She may be putting on a Poker Face at the moment, but Lady Gaga must be in a foul mood today after MGA Entertainment slapped the singer with a $10 million lawsuit because the manufacturer alleges she and her management company backed out of a deal between the two sides.

MGA claims Gaga acted in "bad faith" after initially agreeing to include a voice chip with the doll and have it ready for sale by Christmas.

Now, the company believes, Gaga is attempting to delay the item's release to coincide with her new album in 2013.

The Real Housewives of Miami will return to Bravo on September 13.

But Season 2 of this franchise will feature a number of new faces. Among them:

  • Lisa Hochstein, the wife of Dr. Lenny Hochstein. This 29-year old has posted in Playboy three times.
  • Joanna Krupa, a Polish model who has also posted in Playboy and appeared on Dancing with the Stars, Las Vegas and CSI.
  • Ana Quincoces, a lawyer, mother of two, celebrity chef and cookbook author.
  • Karent Sierra, a dentist who resides with her retired parents and is dating  telenovela star Rodolfo Jiménez.

These likely-to-be obnoxious women will join Lea Black, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton for a run of scripted nonsense this fall.
