The movie theater inside which James Holmes took the lives of 12 people last Friday is offering to pay for the funerals of those lost in the massacre.

As first reported by TMZ, several services were held this week, including one for a 32-year old mother of two named Rebecca Wingo.

And insiders say the owners of Cinemark called the chapel where her funeral was being held and made it clear it would cover the expenses for Wingo and also all other victims of the tragedy.

Rebecca's mother actually turned down the offer, sources confirm, but only because the Victims Advocate Fund has already paid for everyone's main funeral expenses.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to all those affected by this terrible incident.

Here she is, Miss... well, Teen USA!

Logan West, a 17-year old from Southington, Connecticut took home this honor on Saturday night, defeating 15 other finalists from across the nation in a ceremony held in the Bahamas.

The first Teen USA pageant winner in that state's history, West defeated runner-up Miss Michigan Courtney Pizzimenti for the title.

Perhaps sealing Logan's fortunate fate? Her response to the question of what has been her greatest accomplishment in life. The impressive response?

When West was 14, she started a program to combat bullying in school. Way to go, Logan! And congratulations to all the finalists!

Justin Bieber has made it clear once again: he's not a little kid anymore.

The singer, who opened up about his beliefs on sex with Rolling Stone this month, covers the latest issue of Rolla Coaster and reiterates that his new CD was recorded with an older demographic in mind.

"I’m getting older and I want that to reflect in my album," he tells the publication. "It is just more mature and reflecting the age that I am."

Despite his massive success, Bieber also says he's constantly striving higher.

"Each time I break a record I’m always happy. With my YouTube stuff, "Baby" has more views than any video – ever. So my next goal is to reach one billion views on a video."

One billion?!? We'd scoff. But if anyone can accomplish that feat, it's the artist yanking at his shirt collar above.

Did they or didn't they? That's the question concerning Rihanna and Chris Brown this week.

Days after the latter singer's rep shot down reports of this former couple reuniting on a yacht in St. Tropez, an insider tells Us Weekly that the pair DID, indeed, get together.

As Twitter photos have depicted, Rihanna and friends have been shopping and sunning in St. Tropez for awhile now and this source tells the tabloid she "changed her plans" last Friday night after hearing Brown was on his way to the area.

She allegedly called her ex from a satellite phone and arranged to meet him on his ridiculous mode of transportation: a yacht with a submarine, pool and two helicopter landings, which Brown is renting (for $400,000/week) along with Swizz Beatz and Ludacris for a music video shoot.

"Rihanna went and partied hard with the guys on their yacht," the mole claims.

Brown's current squeeze, Karrueche Tran, was also on board the vehicle, according to this source, and may not even have been aware that Rihanna was around. We'd doubt the validity of that report, but did you read the description of the yacht?!?

It's not small.

Dane Cook has apologized for being an insensitive jerk bag.

On Thursday night, the unfunny stand-up comedian joked that people inside the Aurora, Colorado movie theater last week were probably wishing they'd be shot because The Dark Knight Rises is such a bad movie.

Shockingly, anyone with an ounce of sympathy and intelligence came down hard on Cook, prompting him to write the following on Twitter:

I made a bad judgment call with my material last night & regret making a joke at such a sensitive time. My heart goes out to all of the families & friends of the victims.

The 2012 Summer Olympics kicked off in grand style last night, as a $42 million Opening Ceremony featured The Queen as a James Bond Girl, Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean and a whole lot more.

Chariots of Fire at the Opening Ceremony

Among the highlights of the three-and-a-half hour event:

• Dozens of Mary Poppins floating down from the sky.
• Queen Elizabeth and Daniel Craig shared a big screen scene, marking the latter's acting debut.
• Atkinson (above) got himself involved in the iconic Chariots of Fire scene, actually running on the beach with the stars of that movie (technology rules!).
• A grass infield with countryside with sheepdogs, horses and ducks turned into an industrialized city with smokestacks, representing how far England has come.
• Seven billion pieces of paper were actually dropped on to the athletes, representing every human on the planet.
• Voldemort stopped by.
• And seven young people lit the Olympic Flame in an exciting, emotional climax.

The London Olympics will now air on NBC and many of its cable affiliates over the next two weeks. Best of luck to all participants. Go USA!

Katy Perry may have snared herself a douchebag.

According to the latest issue of Us Weekly, the female singer was spotted out and about in West Hollywood the other man... with notorious ladies man and supposedly soulful singer John Mayer!

"They were affectionate, holding hands and cuddling," a witness says of Perry and Mayer, who spent time at SoHo House on June 19.

The following evening, Perry allegedly then shared pizza with Mayer at her home.

This coupling really should not come as a surprise. Perry has rated herself a 10 out of 10 in bed, while we all know what Mayer looks for in a companion. Two words: sexual napalm.

Bristol Palin will make her return to Dancing with the Stars this fall, as the reality TV star has been included on that show's first-ever All-Star cast.

What drew her back to the ballroom? Not attention or money or any request made by ABC, Palin told reporters today at the Television Critics Association press tour. It was all The Big Guy Upstairs.

“God provides opportunities like this for me," Bristol said. "It’s a positive, active show. It’s going to be awesome."

But what if - that same God, please forbid! - Palin gets aligned with a gay partner. Considering her view on marriage, won't that be a problem?

“I like gays,” Bristol said. “I’m not a homophobic. Just because I’m for traditional marriage... I don’t hate anybody. People will make up things about me. I’m going to go dance and have fun. It’s not about politics, it’s not about traditional marriage. It’s about dancing. That’s all I have to say about it.”

Hey, like a grown, professional woman once said: haters are going to hate.

Katherine Jackson is resting safely at home and has even agreed to split guardianship of her grandchildren with TJ Jackson.

So all is relatively calm on this family's front, right? Very wrong.

Randy Jackson went off on a Twitter rant this afternoon, accusing the executors of his brother's will of an assassination plot against his mom.

"It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother’s life," Randy wrote of those in charge of Michael's estate, adding that they are attempting to "isolate Katherine just like they did to Michael, in order to propagate their lies, financial agendas and to protect a fraudulent will."

And that's what it all comes down to for Randy, sources say: he is not mentioned in his brother's will and many believe he will go to any length necessary to change that.

"It is clear that anyone who stands up against the Executors of the Estate - John Branca, John McClain and their attorney Howard Weitzman - is denied access to my mother."

What an absolute mess. Try to rest in peace, Michael, even as your family makes that very difficult.

Kristen Stewart has already apologized to the public for her makeout session with Rupert Sanders, much to the consternation and horror of Robert Pattinson.

Now, an insider tells Radar Online, the actress is prepared to address Sanders' wife directly. She is apparently writing a note to Liberty Ross.

"Kristen didn’t feel it was appropriate to issue a public apology to Liberty once the story of her affair with Rupert broke," the source says. “Instead, she’s going to do the decent thing and write Liberty a private letter expressing her deepest regret for her actions."

The mole goes on to say that Stewart only wanted to mention Pattinson in her initial statement because she's "desperate to save" that relationship.

But she feels "awful" for getting in between a man, a wife and his two children.

For whatever it's worth to either Ross or Pattinson, a reliable website claims Stewart and Sanders did NOT have sex.
