seriously Shirley? you want to hold the movie theater liable? I have friends who had some of their children injured during this tragic event and they are not trying to turn this into a money maker. I grew up in Aurora, when it was the Aurora Mall. There have always been issues there and for once this was not a representation of the community. I am truly sorry for your loss, but there is only one person to blame and he will stand trial, be convicted and executed. Movie theaters should not have to have armed security and if they did there would probably only be one person and he would have been shot first by this guy. Let this rest, don't turn it into something uglier than what it already is.

He should not sue Warner Bros. He wanted to come to watch a movie, he can sue threater for lacking secuirty
