IDC if he was being followed by paparazzi, he should have NEVER been driving recklessly like he was! All he had 2 do was drive to the nearest police station or call 911 & let them know he was being harassed/followed....He didnt have to risk the lives of many ppl just because he thinks he's above the law! I hope he still has to pay his ticket & whatever else his punishment entails. A punk his age doesnt have the driving knowledge plus with a car that has that type of speed is a recipe for a fatality! Take his license & make him hire a driver! He's got the $
