WOW! I can't believe he passed away.Knowing he is gone saddens me.I remember when I was a little girl my Papa, and me would sit around, and watch the Andy Griffith show.I remember it always brought a smile on my face when I watched it.I remember myself sitting there trying to whistle along to the theme song, and could never accomplish it.Andy was like my hero as I was growing up. At least we know he is in a good place, and he will be greatly missed, and loved by all.Rest in peace Andy!

Andy is and was a man of God, He remained true to his faith .He was proof to the fact that all the garbage in some shows does not have to be there.God bless his family and all that loved him

Andy G. was so very entertaining! I could relate to his "Mayberry"--my small town was almost identical to it! He wrote things that were hilarious to listen to on recordings he made years ago. I always loved, "What It Was Was Football".

Andy Griffith was a legend - may you rest in peace and may your memory's always be with us. To his family all I can say I know the feeling of loss and therefor I can only ask God to keep you in the palm of His hand in this time of sorrow.
