Also, these employees put themselves in a position to possibly be fired. How responsible is that if they have families at home that they're responsible for? Yes she has the right to be upset if she was treated poorly. The airline may not like her but so what. There could be a child molester on the same flight for all they know. Naydia.....I think she is nuts to have that many kids. The doctor should be included. That being said, she is working. She is trying to bring money for her childrens needs. They are not dream jobs, but they do supply her with an income. What's done is done. She at least appears to be trying which is more than some people can say.

With her track record I would err on the side if Virgin America . I have flown them over 25 times and they are nothing short of exceptional. If what she claims happened did then I guarantee those people will be fired but get real - as the expresion goes. The lights are on but nobody's home
