Hmmm

Jawny- you just don't Get it. It's not your job to judge. You're being paid to do a job. Do it and keep your opinions to yourself. Comparing her to murderers and child molesters is ludicrous. Also, these employees put themselves in a position to possibly be fired. How responsible is that if they have families at home that they're responsible for? They also put their employer in a position to be legally Your anger keeps you from thinking like a rational adult.

I'm no fan of this woman, but if true, shame on the airline. All passengers should be treated respectfully.

Yes she has the right to be upset if she was treated poorly. The airline may not like her but so what. There could be a child molester on the same flight for all they know. Naydia.....I think she is nuts to have that many kids. The doctor should be included. That being said, she is working. She is trying to bring money for her childrens needs. They are not dream jobs, but they do supply her with an income. What's done is done. She at least appears to be trying which is more than some people can say.

The children, the children... Blah, blah, blah. That is NOT what the article is about. The article is about a person that feels they've been mistreated by employees of a major airline. I wouldn't tolerate that type of disrespect and I suspect most of you would not either. So why should she??? She shouldn't.

With her track record I would err on the side if Virgin America . I have flown them over 25 times and they are nothing short of exceptional. If what she claims happened did then I guarantee those people will be fired but get real - as the expresion goes. The lights are on but nobody's home
