My words were changed by the phone! I meant to say it's the same reason you don't yell fire. These damn smartphones....ugh!!

Yes, but this could be a criminal offense because it is directly implied with intent to cause harm; IRS wring fir the same reason you dint yell "fire" in a theatre or say you have a bomb on the plane. With all the newer laws, I'd say Sherri has a case.....and rightly so. To tell someone to eat shit can't really be compared to this. Rape is a serious crime; why anyone would say this is beyond irresponsible. Get'em Sherri!!

Can we say Brandedburg v. Ohio., 395 U.S.444 (1960), 1st Amendment Rights. People say stuff like this all the time statements like "eat shit and die" "Drop Dead", as uncomfortable, vile and ugly as some things are they still have a right to freedom of speech. "Somebody should" is so different from "I am going to". If you are in the Public eye, sometimes their are Hecklers. Sherry is a comedian, and I know she knows that sometimes their are fools in the audience that will and do heckle, This to amounts to Tweet heckling! I wonder what she said, if anything, to incite such raw comments towards her!

My problem with the both tweets sent to Sherry, is that neither is a threat, one is saying what someone should do, the other is talking about her medical condition, but does not say that they are going to do anything to her

Good for her! That is unacceptable! I hope she kicks ass.
