Is the Jersey Shore cast, which just started filming Season 6, staying off the sauce to stand in solidarity with pregnant Snooki and newly-detoxed Situation?

The gang hit up a bar last night in their first outing of the summer, and while Sitch was there, he reportedly didn't have anything to drink. Willpower, dog!

The Situation has said he was not in rehab for alcohol, but his trip to Cirque Lodge was indeed for both prescription drugs (which he admits) and alcohol.

The crazy part is that not only did The Situation (and a pregnant Snooki) abstain from alcohol, the entire cast did as well, in an apparent show of support.

Very cool of them if so, but obviously it's a huge contrast from prior seasons.

After all, this crew is famous for a show revolving around getting drunk and hooking up, and makes you wonder if the show has lived past its shelf life.

Incidentally, they went to the bar where Snooki got punched in Season 1.

Brooke Mueller did not relapse, according to her lawyer, but merely checked into rehab because of a pre-scheduled "maintenance" program approved by a judge.

Yale Galanter says that when his client pleaded guilty to cocaine possession last month, she made arrangements to go back to rehab four times over the next year.

The reason is simple: Brooke was done well in rehab in the past, and then abruptly fallen back into the seedy world of hard ass drug use upon her return to L.A.

The Former Mrs. Charlie Sheen

Galanter says Brooke decided to spend a couple of weeks in rehab every few months in order to help her stay on track and avoid any devastating temptations.

Moreover, Galanter insists Brooke Mueller is clean and takes several drug tests PER WEEK as part of her probation; she has tested negative every time, he says.

Arnie Mordkin, the Pitkin (Colo.) County D.A. who prosecuted her, seems to agree with Galanter, saying there's no evidence Brooke relapsed or violated probation.

As for reports that Brooke recently got wasted at Charlie Sheen's house, her attorney says that's just untrue, since she's drug tested often and has no failed.

So that's where we are. You don't hear about "preventative maintenance" trips to rehab very much, but it might not be the worst idea for her. You buying it?

George Zimmerman's bail has been revoked after a judge said he misled the court about his finances. Trayvon Martin's killer must turn himself in by Sunday.

During Zimmerman's bail hearing in April, after which he was freed on $150,000 bond, his family testified they had limited funds, prosecutors said on Friday.

Zimmerman's wife "said she had no money, but in fact she did," said prosecutor Bernardo de la Rionda of the issue that led to Zimmerman's bail revocation.

"It was misleading ... I don't know what other words to use. It was a blatant lie."

He pointed to $135,000 in funds raised from the public that was not disclosed during the hearing. Defense lawyer Mark O'Mara said it was a misunderstanding.

O'Mara said Zimmerman did not lie, but was simply unclear about how he could use the money, and that his office has been keeping close tabs on the funds.

"We have kept an exact ledger of every penny that he spent," said O'Mara.

Prosecutors also Zimmerman did not disclose that was in possession of a second passport; he had replaced a passport he lost only to find the original later.

Zimmerman was ordered to surrender himself in 48 hours. He pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the February 26 death of the unarmed teen.

Updating a previous report in which Crystal Harris was rumored to have moved back into the Playboy Mansion, the model herself confirms it is in fact the case.

She's not just living there, either. She and Hugh Hefner are a couple again!

"Yes @hughhefner and I are back together. Yes I am his #1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion! xoxo," Harris tweeted on Friday.

Guess Hugh is as forgiving as he is affable, friendly and rich. What a guy!

Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris Picture

"It's Mary O'Conner that brought Crystal Harris back," Hef Tweeted. "Crystal was miserable & said so. Mary told Crystal to write & tell me, which she did."

And though you might be stunned to see Hefner take back a woman who essentially left him standing at the altar last year, Harris was always "the one."

"He loved Crystal more than he had loved any woman in a very long time, that's why he was willing to marry her," said a close Hefner source.

"There were so many women he couldn't properly commit to ... she had a hold on him he has never been able to shake. So it's of no surprise to me that he would get close to her again. He can't help himself. He has a deep connection to her."

So does this mean there might be another attempted marriage? It's unclear ... as is how Shera Bechard will respond to her demotion to backup status.

Jenelle Evans' engagement to Gary Head did not last long.

Not that we really expected it to, but it was just two weeks ago that the Teen Mom 2 star was seventh heaven after accepting a marriage proposal from Head.

Now the MTV train wreck has called off the engagement and is involved in a bitter dispute with her (former) man over a Tiffany necklace. And Tweeting:

"Thanks to @gary_head  for stealing my $300 Tiffany necklace... What marine does that?!" She implied that the military man took it back to his base.

  • Jenelle Evans' Ring
  • Jenelle Evans' Engagement Ring

Also: "Thanks @gary_head  for breaking my door, when r u going to fix it ?!"

Seriously Gary Head. Breaking doors? Not cool.

When one of her followers asked if Gary could take back the engagement ring, Jenelle Evans responded that it's her property "unless he takes me to civil court."

Girl is well-versed in small-time legal disputes, for sure. For his part, Gary tweeted that yesterday was probably his "worst day ever" after the altercation.

"Her necklace is at her house hidden until I get my ring back," he said.

As of yesterday afternoon, Jenelle still had her engagement ring, so perhaps there's hope for the couple ... to get back together and then split again.

Just be glad she's not pregnant again. Probably.

On balance, it was a pretty decent week for Matthew Fox.

The former Lost star's crotch-punching accuser dropped her (yes, her) case against him yesterday, and today, he struck a deal to avoid jail for DUI.

On the downside? His Lost co-star Dominic Monaghan said Fox beats women. Often. And stood by the comment. Not good PR there. Hey, 2-for-3.

Matthew Fox, Goatee

Fox was pulled over in Bend, Oregon, on May 4. Police observed the actor swerving out of his lane, decided Fox was intoxicated and arrested him.

In exchange for serving no jail time, Fox pleaded no contest to one count of DUI. The star's driving privileges have been revoked for one year.

He also can't drink alcohol during that time period, and must complete a drug and alcohol treatment program. If he does, the case disappears.

Whether his reputation recovers is a more open question.

The new trailer House at the End of the Street has been released.

The Hunger Games' Jennifer Lawrence stars in the horror-thriller, which looks like plenty of both, along with Elisabeth Shue, Max Thieriot and Gil Bellows.

The basic premise: Seeking a fresh start, Sarah (Shue) and her daughter Elissa (Lawrence) find the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town.

But then startling and unexplainable events begin to happen, and the more they learn, the less they know ... and the scarier this mystery gets. Take a look:

Alan Scott, a.k.a. the Green Lantern, is officially coming out of the closet.

The DC Comics staple, who was first introduced in 1940 as a husband and father, is a homosexual in Earth 2's new comic, being released next week.

The comic-book giant approved author James Robinson's character-altering decision “without hesitation.” Here's GL making out with his boyfriend:

Green Lantern Gay

“He’s very much the character he was,” James tells the New York Post of the change. “He’s still the pinnacle of bravery and idealism. He’s also gay.”

Interestingly enough, Alan’s son Obsidian was gay, but the rebooting of Alan as a young man means erasing the existence of his kids altogether.

“So I thought, ‘Why not make Alan Scott gay?’” James says of his decision to alter his sexual orientation. “That was the seed that started it.”

It's unclear if this particular seed he planted will encourage other superheroes to come out, or will increase or decrease interest in GL's exploits.

It's unlikely, though, that Ryan Reynolds' version of The Green Lantern will change teams in the much-anticipated sequel to last year's film.

Stop us if you've heard this one.

Charlie Sheen has been on a booze-and-drug-fueled bender since he wrapped Anger Management last month, a source close to the warlock said.

The 46-year-old is again partying with "a gaggle of adult film stars" - and for a time, ex-wife Brooke Mueller - at his Mulholland Estates mansion.

Mueller is back in rehab. So out-of-control is Charlie now that some of his closest confidantes have begged him to join her there to treat his addictions.

Not surprisingly, he dismisses that idea.

Charles Sheen

“Yes, Charlie is partying,” a source says. “He doesn’t want to stop. In his eyes, he thinks, ‘I’m having fun, so what?’ The show has wrapped."

"But it is a problem… a major problem. He has alienated his kids and commitments and is effectively locking himself up in a house with women.”

"Even people at Charlie’s house are trying to talk sense into him. He needs help, but he wants nothing to do with it. His rage is coming back.”

Asked for comment, Sheen, via his rep, told Celebuzz to “consider the source.”

In a May 18 Tweet, Sheen - whose new series on FX premieres June 28, wrote : “Done w/ #AngerManagement 1st 10… so this weekend will be epic!”

And the one after, and the one after that, and ...
