Casey Anthony wants to leave Florida as soon as legally possible and is eyeing a move to the central American paradise of Costa Rica, according to reports.

Anthony has been in hiding since she was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, but has recently been making forays back into the public.

Virtually unrecognizable due to the amount of weight she has gained sitting around doing nothing, she is soon planning on leaving the U.S., and for good.

She would have fled already, but Anthony is on probation for one year after pleading guilty to check fraud and is required to live in Florida during that time.

Once Casey's probation ends later this summer, she plans on ditching the sunshine state for Costa Rica. She is "counting the days," according to sources.

"She has been researching countries that she could move to and Costa Rica is at the top of the list," a source close to the situation tells Radar Online.

"Casey wants to live in a tropical setting and the cost of living is extremely low in Costa Rica. She wants to put as much distance as possible from Florida."

"She feels this is the best possibly place to start a new life. Costa Rica also appeals to her because Americans are warmly embraced by the locals."

Not sure that applies to accused child-murderers, but whatever.

There's one additional holdup, of course. She is still being sued by Zanaida Gonzalez for defamation after Casey said a woman with that name kidnapped Caylee.

According to reports, Casey Anthony is “annoyed” and dreading that she has to testify at the upcoming trial, even if she can blame only herself.

Don't be fooled by the red carpet appearances with Kanye West... or the revealing magazine covers... or the fact that she gave the following interview while hosting a pool party in Las Vegas.

Kim Kardashian swears she's all about maintaining her privacy these days!

"I've kind of tried to adjust my life to have a little more private life," Kardashian told People, A NATIONAL MAGAZINE, over the weekend. "My life is very public and so I get that, but if you can choose to have a little bit of a private life I would choose that over other things now, where I probably wouldn't have before."

While Kim didn't mention West, nor any of the rumors that they may move in together, she did tell the publication that she's doing better than ever.

"Life is good," she said. "I'm super relaxed."

And annoying, she forget to add. Super, super, super annoying.

Former child actor Dee Jay Daniels, who starred on the 1990s sitcom The Hughleys, is being held in a California jail on murder and gang activity charges.

Daniels was arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing.

The 23-year-old actor, whose real name is Dorjan Lyndell Daniels, is being held without bail in San Joaquin County Jail and is suspected in the crime.

He is accused of being a member of the Bloods gang.

He and two other men allegedly stabbed 26-year-old John Joseph outside a nightclub in Stockton, Calif., in August 2011, but were only now arrested.

Dee Jay Daniels faces charges of street terrorism, premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder, and faces life in prison if he is convicted.

He played the youngest child on The Hughleys, which aired from 1998 to 2002, and also appeared on Coach, Grace Under Fire and Cold Case.

Bandbaz Brothers - The Iranian Acrobats already have the Vegas spirit since they lived near the area. While I wished the ladder was more impressive, the act itself was amazing to watch as the younger of the two wobbled to keep his balance. Age will clearly be a factor as the older one couldn't really hold on as well as he could have five years ago. Still, the routine was impressive and I could see how adding some extra shine, lighting, and dramatic music could make it a contender on the show. There was oddly the perfect counterbalance of two female contortionists that were almost too perfect and it looked easy.

Joe Castillo - The Sand artist was really cool but there was something a little bit off about watching him. The imagery was beautiful and since it's the first time I've seen it, I'll give him some credit. The next time we watch him in Vegas, he better up his game and think of something that doesn't just play the patriotic card.

At the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) Awards Monday night, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen won the 2012 Womenswear Designers of the Year award.

For their work on their own line, the Row, obviously.

Johnny Depp was also lauded for his personal style, though just one night after rocking with The Black Keys at the MTV Movie Awards, Depp opted to sit this one out.

The 48-year-old Dark Shadows star wasn't present to accept his Fashion Icon award, so his friend and Cry-Baby director John Waters accepted on his behalf.

The night belonged to the Olsens, although Olivier Sarkozy, who is reportedly cozying up to Mary-Kate of late, was not on hand to support his girl. Oh well.

Lindsay Lohan really does look the part of Elizabeth Taylor. Whether she can act is another story, but there's something about her that just exudes Liz.

Monday, we brought you a behind-the-scenes pic of Lindsay as Elizabeth Taylor on the set of her new Lifetime biopic, Liz & Dick, which started filming.

Today? Lifetime has done us one better. The network's first official promo pic has hit the Internet - co-starring True Blood's Grant Bowler. Take a look:

According to a Lifetime source, the photo was shot last week at Lifetime studios and they went with black and white to portray the couple in a "classic" look.

Safe to say they succeeded, no?

Producer Larry Thompson said their chemistry "exploded" in early screen tests, which you can sort of see in the first shot of Bowler as Richard Burton.

There will be "as much sex as Lifetime will allow" between the pair, whose 18-year age difference mirrors that of Liz and Dick, who were married (twice).

Incidentally, the very first scenes were shot Monday morning starting around 9:30 a.m., featuring Liz and Dick on a yacht (docked at Marina del Rey).

Mel Gibson's dad, Hutton Gibson, cited irreconcilable differences in filing for divorce from Teddy Joye Gibson, but there could be something more sinister at work.

Hutton, who is 93 and suffering from a host of health problems, believes his wife has been abusing him, and Mel has jumped to his dad's aid, according to reports.

Mel and his family have been tending to the patriarch, but Teddy Joye (who is in her 70's) says they are prolonging his suffering and wants them to back off.

She wants to discontinue all medicines to accelerate his death, because she believes that's what Hutton wants. Mel wants Joye out of his dad's house - STAT.

The actor is trying to make sure his dad gets his medication, and feels Joye is guilty of elder abuse by her conduct. He's reportedly willing to go to court over it.

The animosity between Mel's family and Joye is intense, and Hutton personally filed for divorce and even signed the divorce documents in shaky handwriting.

Hutton had no kids with Teddy, whom he married in 2002, but had 11 kids with his first wife, Anne, who is deceased. He has more than 50 grandchildren.

The 93-year-old Hutton is asking for spousal support ... and attorney's fees.

The Real Housewives of New York City kicked off season five with a new crew as half the originals are out and a new group of catty housewives introduced themselves.

Aviva's definitely the nicest of the bunch but how long will it last? It seems they all find their inner mean girl before long.

Plus 20 for the look on Sonja's face when Aviva pulled her spare prosthetic leg out of a bag to get a pedicure. I can't blame Sonja for being shocked. If Aviva wouldn't have said she was missing part of her leg from a childhood accident I never would have known.

Carole's story was interesting even if she did come off a little bland. But Minus 7 to Aviva when Carole told her her husband died of cancer. Aviva's response, "I hate cancer."

Things are getting serious on The Bachelorette, which ran it back with another contrived, unintentionally hilarious, and over-the-top dramatic episode tonight.

Who prevailed when Emily treated eight men to a special day on the water at the Bermuda Yacht Club? Who came up empty while the winners celebrated?

Who tried to impress Em by referring to her as a possible "trophy wife" (always smart), and who actually charmed her into getting a rose at the end of the day?

It's bright and early and Chris calls the guys together to tell them there will be three dates this week: a one-on-one, a two-on-one, and a group date. All in Bermuda. From there dates will happen at various places around the world. Plus 20.

Emily has Ricki on this international trip. And she can't wait to come back here with her husband. And possibly pregnant. AND pushing a stroller.

Simmer down, Emily's Ovaries. Minus 5.

Arie found the first card. Doug got the one-on-one date. Alejandro's jealous. I forgot Alejandro was even here. Chances are Emily did too.

All the guys are cheering and jeering at Doug and Arie says he's ready for the Bromance to end among the guys. Doug's nervous; Arie says it's easy to push his buttons. All the guys push his buttons to completely psych him out before his date with Emily. Plus 10.

Emily says she feels like she and Doug have known each other for years. Their date consists at first of walking around the town, talking, checking into shops, and eating food from street vendors. It seems like the perfect day. Plus 5.

Doug tells her that he recently started a charity to show his son that one person can change the world. Then he tells her about the awkward moment she walked into and she's impressed that he felt comfortable enough to tell her. And then they write his son a note. And I got a cavity from all the sugar dripping off the screen. Plus 10.

I'm not sure if "Bermudian" is a word, but Emily thinks it is. They walk through the Moon Gate and make a wish. Her wish? That she won't be single forever. Like that wasn't obvious. Minus 20.

Emily and Doug meet up for dinner. Emily thinks Doug's hiding something. His answers are always too perfect and positive. She wants to know what complaints his ex girlfriends would have, then tells him even his answers to those questions are perfect.

He turns it around on her and her flaws are that she doesn't get out of her pajamas sometimes and runs errands in them. That's when she realizes maybe she asked the wrong question. Minus 35 for the awkward dinner conversation.

It's no surprise that she gives him the rose.

Very good news for American Idol fans across the country: Phillip Phillips WILL be coming to a venue near you.

The Season 11 champion has been battling kidney problems for months and was scheduled to undergo surgery late last month that may have caused him to miss the opening couple dates on the show's upcoming summer tour.

But sources now tell E! News that Phillips is "doing well" and responding to an alternative treatment. He currently has no plans to follow through with any kind of procedure.

"He will still be attending all the tour dates and is really looking forward to the launch on July 6," says a rep for the tour.

Phillips will likely be greeted with hearty rounds of applause everywhere he goes. The singer is off to an incredibly strong start to his post-show career, making American Idol history last month due to how many times folks downloaded his winning single, "Home."
