Henry Hill, the real-life mobster whose life story became the basis for the famous movie Goodfellas, has passed away. He was 69 years old.

Hill passed away in an L.A. hospital Tuesday night after a long battle with an undisclosed illness, according to his longtime girlfriend, Lisa.

Lisa says, "He had been sick for a long time ... his heart gave out."

Once a notorious criminal, he went to great lengths to make amends in life.

Hill had focused on mending relationships with estranged family members in recent years, and made "tremendous progress" before he passed on.

Famously portrayed by Ray Liotta in the 1990 film, Hill has two children.

Hill's exploits in the mob world were legendary, but he prided himself on reforming later on. He was a frequent guest on Howard Stern's show.

We all know Justin Bieber has a silly side, as evidenced recently by an interview the singer conducted entirely in a British accent.

But the young superstar can also get quite sentimental, an emotion he displayed in a self-filmed video prior to taking the stage in Mexico City this week in front of hundreds of thousands of concert goers.

On last night's Teen Mom season premiere, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra went to the birthday party of the daughter they gave up for adoption.

Today, reports say Catelynn and Tyler have are expecting, again.

“She said, ‘You’re never going to believe it: I’m pregnant,’” Cate's longtime friend, Jamie Pyrzewski, allegedly told celeb gossip magazine In Touch.

Jamie says Catelynn is excited to keep the baby this time: “We were both quiet. I asked how she felt about it. She said she was nervous and scared.”

After a short period, panic and “total denial” quickly gave way to excitement: “She is now feeling complete joy,” a family insider says of the MTV star.

Adds another source close to Catelynn Lowell, “This time around, she and Tyler knew immediately they wanted to keep the baby. She’s just so happy.”

Catelynn shot to fame on 16 and Pregnant as a conflicted young mom who made the heartbreaking choice to put her daughter Carly up for adoption.

Since then, she and stepbrother-fiance Tyler have become fan favorites for their steady relationship and solid (limited) relationship with Carly.

UPDATE, 2:30 p.m.: Apparently this was BS and she's not expecting after all.

"Don't believe everything you read, I'm definitely not pregnant!" Cate told Us in a statement, adding that despite the report, "I'm on the pill!"

"I'm only 20 ... I don't want to have kids until I'm out of school and we're married."

Probably smart thinking ... we still wish the couple nothing but the very best!

As rumors swirl about the ending of The Bachelorette's eighth season, one celebrity gossip magazine boldly proclaims that Emily Maynard is in fact engaged.

If it's true ... the question is still, to whom?

She obviously won't say, and even The Bachelorette spoilers have been hard to come by this season ... though three guys are clearly frontrunners.

If Emily is engaged, three guys are probably equal favorites.

The previews airing Monday night more or less revealed the final three, with Jef Holm, Sean Lowe and Arie Luyendyk all shown with Emily in Curacao.

According to the magazine cover above, Em's ready for a baby right away - not news if you've watched this season - and got a 4-carat rock.

Just after midnight on May 11, the man who stole Emily's heart got down on one knee and proposed in :a one-of-a-kind fairy-tale experience."

"The proposal, filmed for the final episode, which airs July 16, took place in the courtyard of the Kura Hulanda resort on the Caribbean island."

"The final bachelor was led through a grand sky-blue gate to where Emily stood ... the proposal took place in the middle of the night, which gave it a more intimate feel."

And now, more than a month later, a friend confirms, "Emily is still happy and engaged. She is ecstatic. She's over the moon and loves her ring. Ricki is really happy, too."

Amar'e Stoudemire may not be able to co-exist successfully with Carmelo Anthony on the basketball court, but the power forward hopes things are different between him and Alexis Welch.

Because the couple is now engaged!

The Knicks star Tweeted confirmation this week that he proposed to Welch - who he met way back in 2002 and who is the mother of his three children - on June 3 during a vacation in Paris.

"There were rose petals leading to a balcony with a 365-degree view of Paris," Welch tells The New York Post. "He had an acoustic-guitar player. He had a saxophonist. This is another side of Amar'e that people don't get to see."

Added Stoudemire, who popped the major question with a 8.5 carat ring: "When she said yes, it was surreal. I'm still floating. #engaged."

The baller was linked in late 2010 to Amber Rose and has also been a rumored love interest of Ciara. But now that he's set to settle down, only one question remains: Will the Knicks ever contend for a title again?!?

In the grand scheme of Lindsay Lohan run-ins with the law, the car crash she was involved in Friday and later lied about to police is pretty tame.

Still, it's far from resolved and police are looking to interview her again.

Cops plan on asking her a few follow-up questions; such questioning is pretty standard, regardless of whether one lies repeatedly to the police.

It remains to be seen what, if any, consequences she will face.

"Lindsay was in shock at the time, but nonetheless she cooperated with the police," a close source said of her first round of questioning.

The source goes on: "Lindsay did everything that was asked of her, including submitting to a breathalyzer test which registered 0.00."

"The officers didn't have reason to believe she was under the influence of any substances. Lindsay could be cited for speeding, and it will probably be determined that she was the primary or sole reason for the traffic accident."

In any case, the legal saga of Lindsay Lohan rolls on.

In brighter news, she surprisingly another role in The Canyons, a new film written by author Bret Easton Ellis, of American Psycho fame.

Since her acquittal in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, Casey Anthony has kept a low profile, living in hiding and refusing all interviews.

But Tuesday afternoon via telephone, Anthony surprisingly spoke to CNN's Piers Morgan in a 10-minute discussion that was not played on-air.

Casey, 26, asserted her innocence, but says she's ashamed of who she was, and shed light on her current life as well as the public perception of her.

"Obviously I did not kill my daughter," Morgan quoted Anthony as saying last night "There's nothing in this world I've ever been so proud of."

"There's no one I loved more than [Caylee]. She's my greatest accomplishment."

Living in solitary seclusion, Anthony says she has reflected on some of her mistakes. "I didn't trust law enforcement because of my relationship with my father, who is ex law enforcement himself," she said.

"I didn't give them the benefit of the doubt, which is probably why they didn't give me the benefit of the doubt ... the public perception of me is bad. It's absolutely horrible. I was a stupid kid, but I've never been a 'party girl.'"

"I've gone through hell. I'm ashamed in many ways of the person I was."

Casey is now out of hiding and on the run after being served with a subpoena in the defamation case being brought by Zenaida Gonzalez.

Anthony's lawyer, Cheney Mason, appeared on Piers' program and revealed that she spends her days indoors, reading and watching television.

Her current literary fare: The Hunger Games trilogy.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is getting ready to throw it down in the Celebrity Pillow Fighting Championships ... which is apparently an actual thing.

Despite the fact that Octomom's porn star career is in full swing, she's still trying to make more cash money starting June 23 in Broomall, Pa.

On the same card with the "Pillow Fighting Championships," to be exact.

Nadya will be fighting Shila, co-host of Philadelphia radio's "Chio, Shila & Tingle in the Morning," who says she is excited to fight Octomom.

The public "fight" between the women involves three one-minute rounds. Nadya is the favorite, with a 5-0 record in celebrity boxing and 1-0 in pillow fights.

Shila, on the other hand, will be stepping into the ring for the first time.

"I'm not sure who the girl is I'm pillow-fighting with, but I heard she has never been in the ring before,” Nadya Suleman told the Huffington Post.

“I've done this several times, and I will remain undefeated!"

Except by life. She's getting pummeled in that arena.

Ronald Poppo is a survivor.

The homeless man whose face chewed off by naked "Miami zombie" assailant Rudy Eugene, is awake and alert and doing well, according to doctors.

That said, he will require more surgery, and his face is still in such a state that we cannot even post the newly-released, graphic picture of it here.

Jackson Memorial Hospital released pictures of him with his permission Tuesday. Follow this link to see a photo of Ronald Poppo's face after the attack.

Poppo's horrific injuries, roughly three weeks after the shocking assault on Miami's MacArthur causeway, show one of his eyes is covered by gauze.

The other, lost to the attack, is covered by skin. His nose is missing, and his forehead is a mass of scabs. The lower half of Poppo's face appears intact.

Poppo, who has been homeless in Miami since the '70s, is covered by Medicare and Medicaid. A fund set up to assist Poppo has also raised $15,000.

Doctors said the "extremely charming" 65-year-old man remembers the attack, understands that he is in hospital, and is aware of media coverage.

The out-of-control Rudy Eugene, 31, was believed to have been on bath salts and was killed by police before he could eat Poppo alive last month.

The medical team's primary goal to date has been to clean and close Poppo's wounds, but the patient's psychological response is a concern as well.

"In addition to [surgery], we have mental health professionals to help him with the coping; he's doing remarkably well," a hospital spokesperson said.

The AP says Poppo, who loves Italian food and can't wait to go swimming, prefers quiet and keeps his TV off ... except during Miami Heat games.

Khloe Kardashian has essentially made a career out of merely discussing the possibility of kids.

She said in October she never knew how difficult it could be to get pregnant and, prior to that, she placed her future family in God's hands.

But now sources tell TMZ that Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom have taken the fate of the former's womb away from The Man Upstairs and given doctors a shot at helping them conceive:

Khloe reportedly went to ART Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills this week, donated blood so physicians there could gauge her hormone levels, and started fertility treatments.

We make fun of this family - A LOT - because they generally suck and will do or say anything for publicity, duping millions on Facebook and Twitter into friendships just to make serious bank by shilling for various products... but fertility treatments are a big deal and we wish Khloe the very best with them.
