We have nothing against models. Most are wonderful, talented people!

From Courtney Robertson to Marisa Miller and Heidi Klum to Kate Upton, they provide us with beautiful photos and entertainment around the clock, and often get a bad rap as anorexic, vain airheads. This is not the case. Models, we respect you!

That said, this montage of models falling on various catwalks is great:

Charlie Villanueva of the Detroit Pistons was cut by the Dominican Republic national team because he's out of shape, head coach John Calipari said.

This is, needless to say, a rarity for an NBA player.

"Charlie was not in good form when we saw him," Calipari told Deportes en la Z. "He was overweight, and unfortunately, we could not slow down the entire team and this was a decision taken collectively ... the only problem was his weight."

Villanueva was thus cut by the national team, which reportedly was not pleased with his conditioning months ago, despite an active role in recent years.

An ankle injury slowed his progress and any hopes of getting much playing time for the Pistons this season, but his release still comes as a surprise.

Villanueva fired back at Calipari by tweeting the above photo of his scale, which reads 243.5 pounds, or 11.5 under his "playing weight" of 255.

He also conspicuously holds his college championship ring from the University of Connecticut in 2004, in an apparent bid to ... prove something.

Since that was eight years ago, in college, and Calipari won his year's NCAA title with the Wildcats anyway, we're not sure what. But something.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are keen to start a family, but when you're royalty, these things require planning ... and generate major buzz.

Kate Middleton's womb status is the subject of more speculation than who will portray Christian and Ana in 50 Shades of Grey. Everyone's got a theory.

While last week's Kate Middleton baby bump "reveal" looks like it was a false alarm (stunning), a source now says her pregnancy is - gasp! - being talked about!

"There's a window in place," a royal insider tells Us Weekly, adding that Kate and Prince William are hoping to conceive their first-born child anytime between the final leg of their royal tour in September 2012 and Summer 2013.

If that sounds rigid ... it is. But "they're so excited!" says the source.

This summer, the duo will be the de facto emcees for the 2012 Olympics held in London, and will be taking a royal Asia-Pacific tour in September ... but sounds like they will be having a LOT of fun after that!

Their ideal scenario, supposedly? A New Year Day's announcement, with the glowing Duchess just hitting the three-month mark in her pregnancy.

No pressure, Kate.

In February, Bethenny Frankel admitted that she suffered a miscarriage at some point in 2011.

Now, in the latest issue of Glamour, the talk show host and former reality star is opening up even more about that personal tragedy.

"I felt seven months pregnant even though I was six weeks along," Frankel tells the magazine, explaining that a doctor told her she was "high risk" and that she was often bleeding and nauseous during the pregnancy.

Bethenny says she then blamed herself for the loss of the fetus.

"We met the doctor in his office, and I launched into it. 'Is it because I’m busy? My lifestyle? Is this my fault?' I asked. He replied 'You’re 41. You had bleeding. There’s nothing you could have done.'"

Frankel added that she was due to have a girl and "fell to pieces" when she heard that news, referring to her two-year old daughter and saying:

"I was picturing Bryn with a little sister. Two little girls in rain boots."

A formidable but unlikely duo, Britney Spears and Adam Lambert have just been named Billboard magazine's sexiest woman and man in music.

Agree? Disagree?

The X Factor judge and pop icon and the American Idol runner-up beat hundreds of musicians to the title in a just-released reader poll.

Britney was crowned the Sexiest Woman in Music with 45 percent of the vote, absolutely trouncing second-place Lady Gaga's 12 percent.

Beyonce claimed the third sport, with Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift also featured in the top ten, according to Billboard voters.

Adam Lambert, meanwhile, won the magazine's Sexiest Man in Music title, with Maroon 5 singer / The Voice coach Adam Levine in second.

Teenybopper heart throb Justin Bieber came third, just ahead of Enrique Iglesias, Chris Brown, Usher and Drake. Quite the exclusive list.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves are now a happily married couple - and People Magazine has the beautiful photographic evidence!

A few days after these parents of two tied the knot in the actor's home state of Texas, People has dedicated a special double issue to the newlyweds' wedding album. Get your first look at it here:

Said McConaughey of the decision to finally take the marital plunge - in a ceremony attended by such notable guests as Reese Witherspoon, Kenny Chesney and Woody Harrelson, and featuring son Levi and daughter Vida as ring bearer and flower girl - after so many years together:

"We decided to embrace the ritual of marriage as an opportunity and adventure we'll take together."

Jenelle Evans and Gary Head have officially adopted ... a pit bull puppy.

PHEW, right? Trust us, we know. When you hear that Jenelle Evans and Gary Head adopt, you're thinking human, since she's famous from Teen Mom 2 and these people show absolutely no signs of common sense or good judgment.

Fortunately, in this case it's just a dog ... who her mom will probably be taking care of along with Jenelle's son in nine months or so.

Jenelle was tweeting about her excitement all day over the puppy (named Brody), but what will happen when Jenelle and Gary break up?

Yes ... we said if, not when. Are we wrong?

They've already done so twice in as many months, so you know it's just a matter of time. Jenelle makes Amber Portwood look stable.

Anyway, you two, congrats on the puppy.

Katy Perry was channeling her inner flapper Tuesday night.

The star, looking like a character straight out of The Great Gatsby, turned heads at a City of Hope event in Los Angeles with finger waves, a funky head piece in her hair, a long pearl necklace and a pink-ish dress that resembled a neglige.

In short ... she was sexy. See Katy Perry pictures below!

Once inside the event - at which the City of Hope's Music And Entertainment Industry Group honored Bob Pittman at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA - Perry changed into a simpler black dress ... leaving us wanting more '20s.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen turn 26 years old today ... which will totally make anyone who remembers them on Full House for freaking ever ago feel old.

Following their acting debut as infants, the twins appeared together in a variety of TV, film and video projects throughout their child and teenage years.

Through their company Dualstar, the Olsens branched out into fashion and have become some of the wealthiest women in the entertainment industry.

You gotta respect Mary-Kate and Ashley for becoming such moguls, if nothing else. The birthday girls work hard. Because we gotta ask ...

Upon announcing news of her engagement, Miley Cyrus heard from various family members.

Her father most definitely approves of Liam Hemsworth. So does her mom. The young star's brother, however? It's hard to decipher exactly what Trace Cyrus thinks of the development.

In a mysterious Tweet posted on June 6, the day the engagement story broke, Trace quoted a Mac Miller song and wrote:

“Sending my love for girls who got some cuts at their wrists. Hope you find what you’re looking for. I hope u find what you’re looking for.”

Rumors of Miley as a cutter have circulated for years, with Cyrus herself seemingly referencing her past in her own Tweet this April. But why would Trace possibly choose this occasion to bring up such a personal, irrelevant issue?
