You may not know it by all the headlines today, but Oprah Winfrey talked with more than just Kim Kardashian last night in the talk show host's desperate ratings grab.

The formerly respectable television personality also sat down with Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, the former of whom went into detail about the pressures of marriage.

"I'm not someone who's easily influenced by the public," Khloe said. "This is my marriage, this is my real life. I feel the pressure from me, from myself, to be a great wife."

Jennifer Hudson is bringing her incredible pipes and her impressive acting ability to Smash.

The Oscar-winning former American Idol favorite has signed on for her first extended television role, multiple sources confirm, coming on board Smash Season 2 as Veronica, a veteran Broadway star who will cause problems for Megan Hilty's Ivy and Katharine McPhee's Karen.

Smash got off to a big start for NBC and then faltered tremendously, both in the ratings and in the eyes of critics.

It has since replaced its showrunner, let three main cast members go and, along with Hudson, signed Jeremy Jordan of Newsies as a series regular. Look for new episodes to air in January.

Kate Middleton may be a fan of recycling her style and shopping in regular clothing stores, but she also wears her share of high-end designer dresses.

Paid for by Prince Charles, at an estimated £35,000 this year alone!

According to the Mail Online (UK), Prince William's has agreed to pay for the Duchess of Cambridge's full "work-related" wardrobe, defined as anything she wears to official engagements or while out and about with the Royal Family.

Kate's father-in-law has offered to take the cost of the Duchess' designer dresses out of his official household budget ... which is probably not small.

Despite that, Kate goes to great lengths to keep her clothing budget down, recycling dresses where she can, and shopping on her own in London.

She also returns all free samples sent for her, insists on paying full price for her non-work-related apparel, and still chooses her clothes herself.

"Catherine has an innate sense of style and, almost as importantly, knows what is appropriate for the occasion," one insider told the paper.

They may both dominate the country music scene, but Carrie Underwood wants to make one thing clear: she is no Taylor Swift. And vice versa.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz last week, the former American Idol champion took issue with any comparisons between the successful stars, saying:

"I feel like we're definitely completely different artists... I'm a little bit older than she is and I feel like our music's completely different and if anyone tries to make any comparisons they really haven't listened to either one of us."

Underwood added that Swift's songs are a "bit lighter" and the two simply have different brands, a point that's difficult to argue with. But whose music do you prefer? Select a answer/winner to that question now:

Some things really do get better with age.

Just months away from turning 40, and 19 years after she got naked in Playboy for the first time, Jenny McCarthy is back in the men's magazine.

And she's still got it.

The model / actress' fourth nude pictorial hits newsstands this Friday in the July / August issue. Check out the just-released cover photo of Jenny McCarthy in Playboy:

"I'm really proud of it," McCarthy told People of the pictorial.

"The pictures are really gorgeous and classy. They really could be out of W magazine."

"They're just really elegant photos. It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on."

"The one thing I like about Playboy is they don't have the anorexic look. The women are voluptuous. So I didn't really want to diet. I just wanted to tone up."

Willow Smith has left her hair alone, but still changed up her look once again.

The young daughter of Will and Jada has changed her locks back to their original color - after going green and then pink - but also taken yet another extreme step in her ever-changing appearance.

In the state of California a child needs the approval of his/her parents to make such a move. So either Will and Jada or on board or Willow has gone rogue.

While the Kim Kardashian/Kanye West relationship may have come out of nowhere to most of the tabloid-reading public, Kris Humphries was reportedly convinced something was up between these two as far back as last summer.

How come? Because Kanye, despite being described as a "close family friend" by Kris Jenner last year, was NOT invited to Kris and Kim's ratings-based August wedding.

According to TMZ sources, Humphries openly wondered why this was the case, expressing suspicion to Myla Sinanaj during their time as a couple earlier this year.

Sinanaj has suddenly become an important player in the ongoing divorce battle between Kris and Kim, with the latter's attorney's summoning her to a deposition in order to spill details on her relationship with Humphries.

The latest report claims Kris told his former gal pal that he "felt played" by Kardashian and that Myla and Kris were actually together when the latter first heard Kanye admit to loving Kim via rap song.

Humphries was allegedly "visibly upset" when he heard the track.

That's how we feel every time we read a story about these terrible people.

June 25 is Michael Jackson's death anniversary. The King of Pop died three years ago today at the age of 50 after suffering cardiac arrest at his home.

The coroner ruled it a homicide, and Dr. Conrad Murray, who was over-medicating MJ to a dangerous degree, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Murray obviously did not mean to kill Jackson, but was nonetheless responsible for the fatal combination of sedatives that led to the singer's demise.

Serving a four-year sentence, and complaining that he is wasting away in jail amid horrid conditions, Murray has been behind bars since November.

Michael may be gone, but three years later, his legacy lives on.

In a way, MJ passing away shifted the focus back to his musical greatness and away from the personal problems and eccentricities that dominated news.

Jackson’s mother, Katherine, has permanent custody of his offspring, all three of which have all gone on to become well-adjusted, normal children.

Just what he would have wanted, and worked so hard to achieve.

Musically, his death introduced Jackson to a new generation of fans and invigorated tens of millions of older ones. He hasn't been this popular in 30 years!

Sister Wives' Kody Brown may have four wives and 17 kids, but that does not make the polygamist reality TV star a womanizer, he insists.

In a new tell-all interview with NBC News' Natalie Morales, Kody and wives Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn were grilled about their lifestyle.

Their new book, Becoming Sister Wives, also details much of the same material, notably Kody's past and his many girlfriends in high school.

Some viewers might say that's not particularly surprising, considering he now has four wives (he's only legally married to his first wife, Meri).

Kody explained in the interview with Morales that when he was 14, he was trying to figure out his life as a wild boy, before his "calling."

His calling as a spiritual person, that is.

Natalie's response? "So it wasn't that you chose religion to be a womanizer?" Incredulous and stunned, Kody replied, "Is that what you think I am, a womanizer?"

He went on to defend himself, insisting that he had "done the emotional work" in his relationships and "shouldered their needs as much as I could."

He insists, "I was never womanizing. ... This is NOT an open marriage."

Is it, though? No doubt he cares for each, but is religion just providing cover for him to pursue new women? Wonder what Meri & Co. think deep down.

Sister Wives:

Lonesome George, the last surviving giant tortoise of Pinta Island in the Galapagos Islands, has died. Scientists say he was more than 100 years old.

Staff at the Galapagos National Park in Ecuador say George, the only remaining member of his subspecies, was found dead by his long-term keeper.

The park said it was "unhappily surprised" to discover his charge "stretched out in the direction of his watering hole with no signs of life," on Sunday.

A post-mortem examination will ascertain the cause of death; as old as he was by human standards, Lonesome George was not old for a giant tortoise.

The animals can live to around 200 years of age or even longer.

Lonesome George became a symbol of the Galapagos Islands and evolution in general after he was found on Pinta Island by Joseph Vagvolgyi in 1971.

George's plight as the only known member of his subspecies (hence his nickname) led to a series of ill-fated attempts to provide him with a mate.
