I don't buy this story for one millisecond, I think TMZ is just spreading malicious rumors, until I hear an actual statement from the police, i'm taking this story with a grain of salt. I heard elsewhere that Paparazzi were chasing Lindsay and she hit the truck because she was trying to avoid them by moving over a few lanes. I'll bet TMZ were actually the ones chasing her and they concocted they're bullshit story to deflect blame off themselves. Well they may most of the uneducated masses fooled, but I will NOT drink the TMZ kool aid! I firmly believe Lindsay is innocent until proven guilty, and until I get more proof on what happened other then "TMZ said so" I don't see any reason to believe this crap.
