She is probably overweight and tired because she's been doing her job. She never was beauty pageant material, but as long as she is good at her job, who cares what she looks like? If she was a 25 year old beauty with her boobs hanging out, the other leaders wouldn't take her seriously.

Oh she will definitely be picked at for her appearance. God forbid if her shoes dont match her dress perfectly, or if she wears pants and not a dress then it will be said shes trying to look mannish, or if her hair is out of place or anything else they can use. Anyone in public office is picked at but for a woman trying to enter the 'boys club', they will pick her apart. Its a very sexist society sadly
