Taylor Swift. Her songs are cuter and more relatable (at least to me, I'm 18).

Carrie is 29 and Taylor is 22 - there is a whole lot of living between 22 and 29...they are completely different and it wasn't Carrie slighting Taylor...she was being honest. She is different. Her music is different. I don't know why Taylor's fans are getting so upset over Carrie's comment. It is the truth. They shouldn't be compared. They don't sing the same songs, their voices are different, their lives are different. Their fans are different in most cases. I prefer Carrie. I prefer her range of subjects in her music. I prefer her range in music...country, country pop, country rock, ballads, gospel...she just has a wider range in musical styles.

Taylor swift any day of the week. Taylors songs are better and she is a true artist in every sense of the word.

I'm surprised Carrie said anything. That being said I understand what Carrie meant. They are at different places in their life. Taylor still has that pureness about her. Carrie is a bit edgy and was accused of being too rock and roll. I like both. Taylor is like revisiting high school. Carrie gets you amped.
