Carrie Underwood Shoots Down Taylor Swift Comparison

Speaking to BANG Showbiz last week, the former American Idol champion took issue with any comparisons between the successful stars, saying:
"I feel like we're definitely completely different artists... I'm a little bit older than she is and I feel like our music's completely different and if anyone tries to make any comparisons they really haven't listened to either one of us."
Underwood added that Swift's songs are a "bit lighter" and the two simply have different brands, a point that's difficult to argue with. But whose music do you prefer? Select a answer/winner to that question now:

No comparison. Carrie have an amazing voice. She can sing anything Pop, Rock, Gospel,Traditional country, etc. etc. She's the best live performer.Great artist. Taylor can sing but not as good as Carrie. No comparison at all.

Carrie all the way! Love her amazing voice and songs! I think Carrie is totally right with her statements. You can't compare Carrie and Taylor as they are totally different in their music.

Carrie is my favorite singer because she can sing anything better live than on any of her records she has an amazing voice. Taylor's music has grown on me over the years I admire her because of the way she came back after being blasted about her singing she is a very strong girl.
