I really hate how this Zimmerman posts always degenerate into a race issue!! If someone shot my child....i dont know what I would do. And thats the point at which some of us non-blacks connect to this story. No one should have to bury their child. The race thing is just a dumb distraction.

Trayvon Martin got shot and killed for going to the store and buying Arizone ice tea and Skittles. Why???? Zimmerman didn't have to stop him and didn't have to kill him.Zimmerman's a killer.

oh lord..it became a race issue because of idiots like you! I`m not naive, I just know that if the media and dumbass people wouldn`t keep going on about race, it wouldn`t be such a big deal. It was not about race, a boy died, a man shot him. no race there. if it werent for the media editin and makin it racist then people feeding off that, it wouldn`t be racist or all over the news. This same issue happens almost everyday, but the media took the story bc it had ways of altering it to be about race, now they have a train of idiots following behind them.

Let me guess, most of the witnesses are black? The evidence alone should prove self defense. Besides the bullet hole, the only bruises Trayvon had, was on his knuckles. Pcp, on his system, besides the bullet. Zimmerman had a fractured nose, deep lacerations on his head, other cuts and bruises, the back of his clothes, were wet from the ground. He probably had stains in his underwear as well, but doesn't want anyone to know. Zimmerman was afraid he was going to be beaten to death, he did what any armed person, being physically attacked, would do. Trayvon was also about 1/2 foot taller.

Mrs martin called mr sharpton because she felt she would get no justice rom the Sanford police dept,because of the long history of racism. If your police dept is not on your side who do you turn too? Yes! Trayvon may have jump on mr Zimmerman,but we dont know if mr Zimmerman push or hit trayvon first. We just dont know. I do find it funny that forensics can't tell if he was shot standing up or from being on top of mr Zimmerman. So here some help if he was shot from no more than eighteen inches
