how about when he tried to get the divorce judge to not give his wife (of many years) nothing. he didnt want to give her anything, but wants money from everyone for haiti. he like many in hollywood, they get companies to donate money or make an appearance, but dont dig in their pockets. like kim kardashian, E had a story of her donating goods, when in reality the goods were donated by a company, she just showed up and got credit.

How much money do they need? According to the media more money was raised for Haiti than any other natural disaster; after seeing pics of Haiti, you know that money hasn't all been used. Japan was ravaged by earthquake and a tsunami that caused more widespread damage than the Haiti quake, and in just a little over a year Japan is close to full restoration. The Haiti relief money should be taken back from their gov't and managed by an org. that actually cares about the people and the country. Maybe Sean Penn should spearhead that project and stop whining about what he thinks others should do.

What happened to the millions raised by George Clooney and the celebrity fundraisers? What happened to all the funds and goods average Americans and others from around the world sent? At the time all this money was being collected (record amounts for some places), I told my family...watch, in five years you will see little to no improvement. The money is going into their govt's pockets and not to the people. Nothing we can do about that Mr. Penn!
