Tareq Salahi's lawsuit against his estranged wife Michaele Salahi was recently dismissed, but he's instead turned his focus to her lover, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, the band’s personal recording label and their publicist.

Yep, he's re-filing a lawsuit against all of the above.

Tareq alleged that Michaele and Neal’s 2011 affair was a calculated attempt to re-launch the struggling rock band, ruining Tareq in the process.

The male Salahi says that when he was doing Michaele, Neal Schon was also screwing him out of a deal with Oprah Winfrey (!?), a $300,000 gig on Dancing With the Stars and a big-screen adaptation of their life. Mmm hmm.

The pair was to receive 40 percent of the sale, he claims ... so approximately $8.00 total gross, assuming the two of them even bought tickets.

On the same day that Khloe Kardashian dismissed rumors that she may get divorced, and chatter spread that Kim Kardashian might wed Kanye West, a new tabloid story says Kourtney Kardashian is about to tie the knot with Scott Disick,

In Mexico. At friend Joe Francis' estate.

“They signed a $1 million deal with E! to get married on TV,” an insider tells In Touch Weekly, adding that Kourtney and Scott will soon get engaged “in an orchestrated, well-publicized manner."

The only problem with this report? Kourtney's rep says it isn't true.

Then again, isn't that exactly what Kourtney's rep would say if the engagement were meant to be a surprise?!?

Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has made good on her threat to get fake boobs, and boy is she psyched about it from the looks of this Twitter pic.

One of the reality star's best friends shared a photo from inside the plastic surgeon's office this morning, with Jenelle right about to go under the knife.

The caption: "Ready to go and get new boobies!!!!"

While Jenelle hasn't said much about her decision to undergo surgery, E! said last month that she simply "got tired of having small breasts" and after much deliberation, "decided on a full 'C' cup because she does not want to go too big."

That's a relief.

No word on whether Kieffer Delp is psyched about the new merchandise, or when we can expect revealing pics of the new C-cups on Twitter. Knowing @PBandJenelly_1, we would guess within a couple of weeks at the latest.

An old, long-unused MySpace page belonging to George Zimmerman contains apparently racist comments and casts light on his history of legal problems.

Zimmerman, who faces second-degree murder charges for killing Trayvon Martin, makes disparaging comments about Mexicans on the 2005-dated page.

He also referred triumphantly to his escape from legal troubles stemming from his confrontation with law enforcement officers, among other matters.

The page, which was confirmed as authentic Wednesday by Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara, also mentions a 7-year-old domestic violence incident.

Zimmerman, 28, gained national notoriety when he shot and killed Martin, 17, in Sanford, Florida, on February 26. He was not charged at the time.

The case has sparked racial tensions around the U.S., as Martin, who was unarmed, was black. Zimmerman has a white father and Hispanic mother.

Martin’s family and supporters claim he was a victim of racial profiling, while the former neighborhood watch volunteer claims he acted in self-defense.

On the old MySpace page, called “onlytobeakingagain,” Zimmerman uses the name “Joe G” and discusses leaving his hometown of Manassas, Va.

He muses on how much he misses his friends, then vveers into a slang-filled rant, with many words misspelled, about Mexicans who lived in the area.

Okay, this is pretty darn funny.

Ashton Kutcher, who knows a thing or two about dating around, is featured in a new video advertisement for worldwidelovers.com. Well, actually, it's a video advertisement for Popchips, for which Kutcher serves as the brand ambassador.

But the important part is this: in the spot, the Two and a Half Men actor - who may or may not be doing Mila Kunis - portrays four characters:

1. A Bollywood producer.
2. A stoner.
3. A Karl Lagerfeld clone who shares food with his dog.
4. A tattooed biker.

Demi Moore may not laugh at the ad, but we're guilty of doing so:

Ashton Kutcher Dating Site Commercial

Former NFL great Junior Seau was found dead in his home in Oceanside, Calif., today. Police say the likely cause of death was suicide. He was 43 years old.

Law enforcement sources reportedly believe Seau, a USC and pro football standout for 20 seasons, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. 

Few other details were immediately available. TV footage showed police swarming his home in North San Diego County and people comforting each other.

He leaves behind four kids and an ex-wife. He reportedly sent text messages to his ex-wife and children yesterday saying simply, "Love you."

They all responded and didn't suspect anything was wrong, according to TMZ reports, and Seau is said to have last seen his kids three weeks ago.

Sources close to Seau say his family didn't notice any signs of depression in recent weeks, but more details will surely follow in the coming days.

Oceanside Police Chief Frank McCoy just spoke outside Seau's house, claiming Seau's body was initially discovered by the athlete's girlfriend.

A 911 call was placed around 10 a.m. today. Police responded and found Junior's unconscious body inside a bedroom with a gunshot wound to the chest.

She won't be putting on a cape - in fact, she'll be taking everything off - but former WWE grappler Chyna is about to make like a superhero.

The Vivid Entertainment star has signed on for AvengersXXX: A Porn Parody, in which she'll portray She-Hulk, a character that has actually inspired Chyna (real name: Joanie Laurer) to pursue the possibility of opening up her own security agency.

According to a Vivid press release, Chyna has left for Hawaii to discuss the idea with investors, believing there will be interest in rich folks hiring strong women with terrific bodies over the typical strong man as a security guard.

AvengersXXX, meanwhile, is due out online at www.vivid.com today and in stores across the country on May 8.

Warning to Kate Upton: Shakira is seeing your Cat Daddy dance and raising you the following music video for "Addicted to You."

The pint-sized artist has come out with the video for her latest single and, as always, it's far from unsexy. Watch now, as Shakira - with a shorter haircut than usual - shakes her hips and dances with that belly:

Kings of Leon member Jared Followill is engaged to marry Martha Patterson, his band's rep confirms of a whirlwind romance that began months ago.

The band's 25-year-old bass player popped the question to the model, 21, on April 11 in Nashville, according to Just Jared, which first broke the news.

“Yes, it’s true!” the rep says. “Jared proposed to Martha on April 11 at his home in Nashville and we’re all excited for the newly engaged couple.”

Followill and Patterson began dating in January. He was previously linked to Twilight star Ashley Greene. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Willow Smith has taken a break from coloring her hair to release a new music video. Sort of.

It's actually an old music video, according to the 11-year old, who Tweeted a link to the following yesterday and wrote: "This video is old but I still love it."

It includes shot of Willow dancing through a variety of well-known cities, including New York and Paris. She dons pants, a studded jacket or two and, yes, she whips her hair a bit. Big brother Jaden Smith even stops by for a cameo!
