I think its wise enough that she has thought abt it at this stage, i give credit for that coz sex is sumthing that adds more flavour to human nature, go miley.

TOO BAD- Another young star primed to crash. She is too thin and too eager to plunge into what she perceives is adulthood. If Miley were truly an adult, she would know she does not have to appear partially clothed and cheering on sex to be grown. Her star has faded since she left her "Hannah Montana" role. Most of her fans were tweens and they will not be buying her current movies or songs. She needs to plan a more viable transition from her TV personna to whatever she's trying to be now if she hopes to survive as an actor or singer. There are many young actors and singers who are confident without needing to expose themselves. I guess PlayBoy will be next for Miley. That seems to be the route the desperate take.
