Most people don't believe that sex before marriage is a sin. The majority of the people who believe that it is only believe it for religious purposes... but not everyone is religious. Sex is an important part of a trusting, secure relationship whether or not there are any rings involved. The people who fail to see that are ill-educated, narrow-minded, judgemental, and most likely need to get laid but are too up tight to try. What's great about this country, though, is that everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion and it's never been required (although the world would be a better place if it were) to understand and/or accept each other's beliefs.
