Bristol Palin Slams Gay Marriage, President Obama, Glee, Dora the Explorer

Apparently President Obama's support for gay marriage, which he announced yesterday, does not sit well with Bristol Palin. Nor does the Fox hit Glee.

In an anti-gay marriage blog post aimed at Obama's first statement advocating same-sex marriage rights, Sarah Palin's daughter does not hold back.

In short, Bristol feels Barack is a stupid man, a weak leader and a bad father. Why? Because of his daughters' role in his evolving gay marriage stance.

The President of the United States

"While it’s great to listen to your kids’ ideas, there’s also a time when dads simply need to be dads," says the 21-year-old spawn of Sarah.

"In this case, it would’ve been helpful for him to explain to Malia and Sasha that while her friends parents are no doubt lovely people, that’s not a reason to change thousands of years of thinking about marriage."

The unwed mother, whose baby daddy is totally MIA, continues, "As great as her friends may be – we know that in general kids do better growing up in a mother/father home. Ideally, fathers help shape their kids’ worldview."

Unless they're Levi Johnston.

"I guess we can be glad that Malia and Sasha aren’t younger," she goes on, "Or perhaps today’s press conference might have been about appointing Dora the Explorer as Attorney General because of her success in stopping Swiper the Fox."

"Dads should lead their family in the right ways of thinking. In this case, it would’ve been nice if the President would’ve helped shape their thoughts instead of merely reflecting what many teenagers think after one too many episodes of Glee."

So in summation, Bristol Palin turned out so well because her parents are heterosexual, President Obama is a pushover who lets Malia and Sasha script his policy statements, and watching Glee might make you gay. Thanks B!

Should same-sex couples have the right to marry?

People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. She's been a (single) parent for what? - 5 minutes - and she's already taking the moral high ground on what a model parent should and shouldn't do. Brain-dead bint.

@Ken Bristol is only 21. She's young. However, that doesn't detract from the fact that despite any mistakes she made as a teen she still has the right express HER opinion. Just like you--just like me. It's interesting how people of your ilk have to write tirades about her past mistakes to somehow justify that Bristol has no right to utter her views publicly. I mean, we have a sitting President who bullied a girl in his youth, "enthusiastically" did drugs, and has hidden his transcripts from college (for what reason I have no idea), and yet tells us he's the "transparent" President who's "evolved" on the gay issue only to pander for votes instead of sincerely embracing it. Many gays have done bad things, made mistakes in their youth..yet you wouldn't trash them if they spoke up regarding their views. Nope. You are intolerant and unfair in this situation. And that's no-no for so called open-minded, tolerant liberals. I believe the term for that is....hypocritical!

I think Bristol would hate for her son to have half/brothers all over Alaska. I am sure she would like for his father to settle down with one person, so that all Tripp's half siblings would be in one family. As for the Obama's being good parents, I am sure they are, but let children be children. I don't think a plush spring vacation to Mexico at 13, is good parenting. Those celebrities who keep their children out of the limelight, and setting good examples for them, have their heads on correctly. I doubt their children make family or world decisions for their parents.

I agree, parents need to understand when to be parents and not let their children take the lead. I'm surprised that Obama would use his children for his own political gain and position.

@Balfour...Bristol is not a kid, she's a grown woman. I disagree
with her. She can't even handle her own business with Levi & her
son, she should focus on being a good mother for her little boy.
I don't know why Bristol became upset when she found out Levi is
about to become a dad again with his new girlfriend. When will she face up that there's nothing left for her to salvaged on this relationship that was never there. She went back to him twice & I
don't how if she can move on without him since love is one sided
on her part only.
I think also gays can marry. Nothing is wrong with that. I suppose I wouldn't want someone dictating to me who I can & cannot marry. I'm not gay, I feel like it's their business on what to do with their lives.

@ Peach- I am Educated just enough to know that the only time your ass comments on anything is when a white is the brunt of your comment. Your racist ass like many on this site WILL NOT-speak against anything that has a Black person being accused! That is what I'm educated about and THAT IS WHAT I KNOW ABOUT YOU! I don't need intellect to know when a BUCKET OF SHIT doesn't have the balls to speak out on a topic of value- not about a loudmouth like Palin! Your Daddy Obama would sell his and your soul to collect a vote! You sick of hearing about Racism? Welcome to our world! Did you say all of your Ass? Your entire ass? Do you realize how much time that would take? You should call yourself " Lemon" cause I'm guessing that Ass is just that Sour! Do you understand that we are just under 6 months from returning this country to sanity? November is the Mecca! Get a job and get off the Obama Train. You are embarrassing yourself and you call me a loser? Ha!

What on earth does this girl know about Obama's parenting? Does she live with the family? She has yet to prove herself in life and is riding on the back of her mother's position. Once she has proved herself she will then be in a position to publicly comment - not only about the Obamas, but gay marriage, too. It is very evident to most who have seen Michele and Barak Obama's warmth and care towards their children that they are doing an excellent job of balancing their lives so that there children are a top priority. In just one statement, this girl has come across as an ill-informed, opinonated, first-class twit.

Wv peach

@Reese: your obvious lack of education and coherent conversation is obvious. You know nothing of me, except through comments made via this forum. Like most pieces of shit, you are too simple-minded and daft to comprehend anything of intellectual value. Go back into your basement and play Dungeons and Dragons; rebuttal from you is laughable. BTW, kiss all of my ass on a shitty day you loser.

@Balfour: I'm a liberal, and I agree with you. The people who are calling her a slut are being intolerant bigots. There's nothing wrong with finding her stance a little hypocritical and expressing disagreement with it, but people shouldn't call her a whore or other nasty names either. Now if she had expressed her opinion by using terms like 'f**got' or d*ke,' or if she had said things like "gays are an abomination" or "they're all going to hell" (and other things like that) I would have said that the people calling her nasty names were just giving her back what she dished out. But she didn't.

Kids can be raised either in a heterosexual home or a same sex home. Its the parent not their sexuality that raises a great kid. This stupid girl still got knocked up and isn't married and her parents gave her the world on a silver platter. So what's her excuse for being a screw up??? Stupid ass

Bristol Palin Quotes

Teenagers need to prevent pregnancy to begin with -- this isn't ideal. But I'm fortunate to have a supportive family, which is dealing with this together.
