It was a reference to the Film Braveheart starring Mel Gibson in which ''William Wallace, a commoner, unites the 13th Century Scots in their battle to overthrow English rule.'' (sort of like how Nugent, and millions of others, feels Americans need to throw off an oppressive government) You'd think the "Hollywood Gossip" would have figured that out, since Nugent mentioned Braveheart in his talk, but then that wouldn't fit the liberal slant to the story...

This whole thing is stupid. Really they are going to question him cause they think it was a threat? Any one with common sense would know that it wasn't a threat and that what he said was used as a comparision. Wake Up! Things just get too carried away these day.

So how did Mr.President George Bush Jr. Do so well that he deserved a second term?
