Miley Cyrus Tweet Admits to Cutting?

Almost one year ago to the day, Demi Lovato admitted that she started cutting herself at age 11.

Now, in light of photos making their way around the Internet that appear to depict similarly self-mutilating marks on the arms of Miley Cyrus, it appears as if this young singer is doing the same.

“Scars remind us of where we’ve been. not where we’re going," Miley Tweeted yesterday.

That's all she had to say on the topic, leaving followers to wonder what she means. But it stands to reason she's referring to the marks highlighted above.

We can only hope Cyrus has moved past this difficult stage in her life and is now on the sort of path Lovato often talks about: still struggling with self-image, but learning to love herself more and more everyday.

    Personally i think miley is beautiful and no one should be commenting negatively on this. I have been there. I know how much pain it takes for someone to sit there and put a blade across their skin. Why would you want to put someone in pain like that. Negative comments like this are things that push her to self harm. Self harm is a serious subject. I doubt she's "looking for attention" i think she's in pain. She went through a lot. And no one should be sitting here saying something bad about this woman. I hope everything gets better and she recovers soon xx

    I really hope this isnt true. I know how it feels to self harm. Ive been on the same path for 4 years. Its a really hard habit to kick. Everyone needs to give Miley a break, and realise, that just because she is a celebrity, her life isnt perfect. She is human, just like the rest of the world. I hope Miley gets the help she needs to stop harming herself.

    Does any one no everybody has fellings?!!! I wish people could get it through thier head. I mean it would be like someone saying: Oh, you look like you do drugs or take some kind of steroid. Would you guys like that? No you probley wouldn't. So stop leaving bad, rude, and mean comments. I no every body has thier opinions but as my grandpa always says: if you don't have any thing nice to say don't say any thing at all☺☺☺
