I LOL'd when the Martin Attorney commented on the new photo of Zimmerman's head injuries by saying "How bad could it have been if they didn't take him to the hospital and didn't stitch him up? HAHA, I guess he thinks that you should see some of your own brain matter, or lose slight consciousness before defending yourself by any means necessary.

He's damned if he does and he's damned if he doesn't. If he didn't apologize they would be ripping him a new one. He does apologize and now they state that it was self-serving. They said all they wanted was an arrest. They got an arrest and now they are complaining that he got out on bail. Why don't they just say what they want: They want a needle in his arm... PERIOD.

Why in the world would anybody classify this as an "apology"? "I'm sorry for the loss of your son" is an expression of condolence. It carries no admission or implication of guilt. What a misleading article. Oh wait, I just noticed the URL of this site. I guess "gossip" does not imply factual accuracy... I'll encourage Google News to stop linking here. :)

his lawyer should have just told him to stay quiet.... Anything he says will be used against him. He needs to save the explaining for the stand. Know the state knows some of his excuse.
