To all of you people ao over dramatic: if Jen had an issue with the clause she should jave never signed the contract. Before when tami and eve fought and royce was the center of eves animosity no one was making blogs and petitioning and if you have a problem with the show dont watch it VH1 is mindless entertainment if youre looking to learn something form these people then youre looking in the wrong place....go to the food network. Yall need to stop thinking that freedom of speech is supposed to be something to hide behind meaning you can talk shit and slander people and nothing wont happen. You either be about whay youre Talking or you sit quietly because you aint acting like a lady if you Talking shit so dont confuse acting like a lady with filing a lawsuit instead of fighting when you degrading somebody verbally classy is being all around a lady not a trash Talking scary female
Taking into account that this reality show is Jennifer's 'job'. Every person has the right to work in an eviroment that is free of hostility, violence & harassment. It's a violation of her human liberties for producers to allow for the violence towards her to continue w.out her being able to take legal action to depend herself. Evelyn is a rabid animal.. a beast!! Who cares if she even gets help...she needs to be off tv...she's a liability.
The producers & vh1 should be ashamed of themselves!! to include a clause that states they waive the right to legal action, directly creates a hostile environment when Animals like Evelyn throw bottles, and throw punches. It's vulgar behavior that is displayed and truely sick for producers to encourage & to allow. Other reality shows throw people off the show when someone is bullied, struck, or harmed....but not this show...just sick! Jennifer may have her faults, but she is the only one who keeps it classy.
At what point does violent behavior cross the lines?? Shaunie and the rest of the producers are despicable to 'set up' Jennifer or other cast members to be harmed.
i hate evelyn she is a bitch she can't accept that jenny is a carrier woman and she is jealous of her that is why they are fighting her. she should get beaten up by somebody.......??????
