Whitney Purvis of 16 & pregnant was arrested in Georgia yesterday for bogarting a home pregnancy test at her local Walmart ... and using it in the store.

According to police, the 20-year-old "Never Nervous" Purvis stashed a First Response pregnancy test inside her hooded jacket and sneaked off to the john.

Whitney then "took it to the restroom with her and used one."

Purvis allegedly tried to sneak out of the store through a side door but was busted by store security, who put her under citizens arrest and called police.

Yes, she used a pregnancy test AT Walmart - retail price $15.98, like $4.00 less than CVS! - and got popped by Walmart rent-a-cops. All in a day's work.

Purvis was hauled to a nearby station where she was booked for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and joined THG's exclusive celebrity mug shots page.

Purvis was featured on the MTV show in 2009. Her mom was busted for meth in Georgia last year. She recently dumped her slacker baby daddy too.

A look at Lindsay Lohan's face reveals some pretty drastic changes in recent years. But did the actress get plastic surgery, or is it just a result of age?

The 25-year-old's new look has sparked speculation from experts that she's substituted an alcohol and drug addiction for a plastic surgery addiction.

"Unfortunately it looks like it," plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who hasn't treated her, said, adding that when he looks at Lindsay Lohan photos:

Lindsay Lohan Plastic Surgery?

"She appears to have a classic, over-plumped pillow face. Her cheeks look like she's storing nuts. I suspect she's undergone multiple injections of filler."

Ouch. If you look at Lindsay on the Today show this week (above right) and back in her Mean Girls heyday (left), though, the difference is quite strong.

No one's as fresh-faced as they were 5-6 years earlier, but aging doesn't just change the general contours of one's face, does it? You tell us below:

What do you think? Did Lindsay get work done?

She's flattered, but she's out of the running.

Janet Jackson has put the rumors - which she sort of encouraged initially by hemming and hawing during an interview with Anderson Cooper - of her involvement with The X Factor to rest.

Janet Jackson in Miami

In a statement, Janet says she's "very flattered that X Factor let me know I was being considered for next season, but it just wouldn't be possible."

Why not? What's on tap for the artist? She is committed to her Number Ones Up Close and Personal Tour and will be starring in an upcoming Tyler Perry movie.

Does this mean The X Factor will seriously consider Britney Spears as a judge? Let's hope so!

Lady Gaga wants kids to rethink their entire social structure.

A bold, broad and ambitious task, but would you expect anything less from the Mother Monster? With her new Born This Way Foundation, that's exactly what she's striving for.

She has some specific ideas for how it might work, too ...

Gaga in Black

Asked by Time how an 11-year-old girl might follow Gaga's advice and become more empowered, rather than succumb to other patterns, the singer-songwriter says:

"She could go up to a person in class who maybe is not one of the cool kids and say, 'I really like your T-shirt.' Her one great loving, accepting deed for the day."

That would be a brave step, which is what the initiative is about - combatting meanness and cruelty, inspiring bravery and working toward an accepting society.

"I'm doing everything I can, working with experts, studying statistics, trying to figure out a way we can make it cool or normal to be kind and loving," says Lady Gaga.

The Palm Beach County Sherriff's Office bomb squad was dispatched to Rush Limbaugh's Florida home after a suspicious package showed up in his mail.

Apparently wires were visible - never a good sign- and Limbaugh's security team called authorities. Fortunately, they discovered nothing harmful after all.

The suspect package sent to the talk radio mogul turned out to be an electronic plaque having to do with Abraham Lincoln assassin John Wilkes Booth.

Yes, we're serious, and have no more details, sorry.

Limbaugh Pic

The package, whatever it was, was Limbaugh by a fan in Pennsylvania for a business-opportunity-related purpose, according to the Palm Beach Police.

No charges will be filed against the sender, who was very apologetic after the incident played out, reports say, because no crime has been committed.

Whether or not Limbaugh wants anything to do with the package, which was deemed safe to open, is up to him. Maybe he'll talk about it on air today.

Courtney Robertson, the controversial finalist on The Bachelor, has shocked more than just fans by trying on wedding dresses in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

Nicki Sterling, who was eliminated this week, is beside herself as well.

Sterling is "positively shocked" by the photos, and the implication that Robertson, a season-long source of Bachelor drama will get Ben Flajnik's final rose.

"I'd have to chew on that for a while," Sterling tells People. "I don't even know. I'm kind of shocked right now. I'm sorry, wow, my mouth is open right now."

  • Nicky Sterling Picture
  • Courtney Robertson Picture

There's always the possibility that the attention-loving Courtney Robertson was merely putting on a publicity stunt of sorts. Or maybe she was "modeling"!

"I would hope and pray that is not the case," Sterling says of a possible stunt by Court. "There are no words to describe how horrible that would be."

"I mean, somebody's heart is on the line."

"Not just somebody's, but Ben who I care deeply about. I cannot believe anybody - even as manipulative as Courtney - would take it that far. I would hope not."

Only time (and perhaps some more hinting on Court's part, or The Bachelor spoilers if you're into that sort of thing and believe them) will tell.

Only Nancy Grace would make the women of The View come across as sane, reasonable and united.

That's what happened when this awful human being appeared on the talk show this week and was asked about her infamous Whitney Houston comments, where she randomly wondered - soon after the singer died - whether someone had "pushed" her down in the bathtub.

Wasn't this asserting disrespectful to the family, Grace was asked. You're missing the point, ignorant idiots, she basically replied, rambling on about wanting to know the truth, condescendingly explaining why autopsies exist and telling the ladies it's easy to "throw stones behind a coffee mug."

But it's not easy being Nancy Grace, people! Watch the exchange below:
